I have ordered mattress on the 6th of February. Still no mattress . I have contacted them asking to ship my item now or refund money. I have received email that they cancelled my order because of MY INTENSIONS !!! and also said they will not refund because of the company insolvency. However, I clearly stated 2 options to ship my item or refund money. Be careful before you buy!

Ordered a memory foam mattress after watching a TV advert. Paid £199 and was told it would be 14-28 day delivery. 28 days went by nothing. Tried to phone customer services and was on hold for over an hour then was cut off. Sent email and was then told they were out of stock and would send an alternative mattress. Waited anothet 28 days nothing. Sent another email and was told they were out of stock of the alternative they offered. When I asked for a refund they told me to contact my bank to get the refund ! Do not order from this company DISGRACEFUL

Made an order then paid and had an email to say 6 weeks to order but looking at other sites looks bad so shop local and leave this company alone.

Dormeo non delivery and insolvency Terrible compony with terrible customer service, I been waiting 3 months and still no matrices Topper. Get fobbed off with new dates for anticipated delivery, but they come and go. I decided to cancel order yesterday, and 27/03/2023. I had a mail that Dormeo today and informed under new ownership and they state the cant to a refund and down to me to try to get the money back through my payment method. So looks like I might be out of pocket and the new owners have washed there hands on all older orders placed before 15/02/23. Best avoid Dormeo altogether going forward.

My wife spoke to Sharee who was great, she explained everything in detail. We purchased the deluxe king mattress which arrived within 48 hours. The free pillow was much appreciated and we are both sleeping well. Thank you.

Received this Octaspring Topper approx 7 months ago and now unable to use due to sagging where I sleep. It has been spun around but after a month the same happens so now have a mattress with both sides sagged by up to 30mm either side of centre. (The pillow lasted approx 2 months before it became completely useless) As requested we provided photographic evidence clearly showing the sagging only to be quite rudely rejected saying that the base unit was not level! The base unit incidentally is a 12 month old Hipnoss Zip and link which is still as new! Tried to argue my case with a customer service agent who continuously repeated they were unable to do anything due to the warranty terms and conditions and that the topper was being used on top of a base unit that was not level. We were previously advised of a tolerance from 5-15% was an acceptable warranty tolerance but with anything from 20 to 30mm readings measured we failed to get this point across. I have been in retail for over 45 years and never experienced such a repetitive response from a so called customer service individual. Perhaps he felt his response was justified by continuously apologizing! DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY A TOPPER FROM DORMEO NO MATTER WHAT PRICE IS ADVERTISED!!

We bought 2 Octasmart Essential 5cm Single toppers in June 2022. After around 5 months one of the Two Mattresses had shrunk in the centre thicknes to around 1/2cm resulting in a very hard central area of theTopper. I (as the user) found that sleeping on it caused me a lot of pain in the Hips until I stopped using it. We got in contact with Dormeo (Ticket No 2091710)who replied saying that reduction in Thickness can reduce 5% to 15% would be classed as Normal and that unless we could supply further Technical types of proof there would be no further action. I must say they did refer us to product conditions which does state the above reasons for no further action which we must accept. However we still feel that the 'reduction' problem seems a very short length of time from Purchase. We now would not purchase any Dormeo products and cannot recomend them

Ordered the splus mattress on 18/10/22 told delivery would be within 28 days so by 15/11/22 after 21 days was told there is a delay and it would be by 2/12/22 then it was delayed again untill week ending 16/12/22,at this point I was sceptical,then another delay again to weekending 23/12/22 I knew I wouldn't get it before Xmas then today 19/12/22 told it is delayed yet again untill 13/1/23,I'm not putting up with such poor service that is not acceptable they surely shouldn't still be advertising on TV that they can deliver in 28 days,I've lodged a complaint and made advertising standards agency aware,but today I asked for a refund.

bought topper with a pillow and pillow never arrived emailed 7 times now and NOTHING bad customer service never use a again complete false offer !!!!!!!:(wont recommend and will leave reveiw on trustpilot to warn others

We recieved our mattress which is comfy, the pillow advertised was not the one we recieved. Rang Dormeo Customer Service and asked why the pillow advertised is not the same as we received i was told what do i expect for free.not impressed with Customer services

I just read a couple of reviews already placed and feeling sorry for those customers. I too had to wait extra time for my mattress to arrive however I was regularly informed that there were delays with delivery and as the mattresses are made in Italy, this is understandable in this current climate, so my patience has paid off. Today I received my brand new mattress and free pillow, delivered when they said it would be, I rolled it on to my bed base, left it the required length of time, made it up with my nice new bedding and now can't wait for bed time to have a good night's sleep! Patience is a virtue....

Took my money 28 days ago. Still no mattress. Customer service is non existent. Seems like I’m not the only one they have done this too either! Stay away. Should have read the real reviews on the website. Then I would have avoided completely.

Been waiting since the 2nd May for my order. All I get when I ring is it should be in soon. A firm should not take orders and payment from the public if they can't supply the goods. In fact you are still advertising on television.

We bought the octasmart dormeo mattress 1,5 year ago .After a year we noticed the big split under the cover!!! We did contact dormeo ,after lots of pictures send , finally they send the investigator to have a look at it . So apparently is a 3 way split and that means that I misused our mattress, probably by climbing on it with my knees!!! So listen people ,you pay nearly £500 for a mattress and you can’t even climb on it ,but some how it passed many tests for quality!!!! How people make there beds without climbing on it ??Very upset and frustrated .Never ever buying from dormeo again and gonna make sure everyone I know won’t buy from them either!!!

Ordered on 28th January still awaiting delivery. Lots of emails told due to busy season and no lorry drivers. Today rang told out of stock of mattress I ordered. Cannot understand when took payment and online basket confirm in stock. Awful service had my money over a month and still no mattress told I could upgrade but still another two or so weeks. Cancelled order.

Ordered Octasmart Deluxe Mattress Topper on 10th February. Money debited from my account immediately. Since then no communication from Dormeo. Tried all week to get through to Customer Services; held on for 45 mins for three consecutive days and then had to hang up to go to work. Finally got through today after 20 minute wait to be told my item is out of stock and they have no expected delivery date. Waiting for manager to phone me back today.

We bought a super king sized octasprung mattress about 6 years ago. It had a 20 year guarantee. After 5 years,two things happened. My husband was bed bound for a couple of weeks, and I washed the mattress cover. The 'give' in the mattress on one side, and the appearance of big "slices' in the foam, made us realise that something was wrong. We contacted the salesman who contacted Dormeo. They sent an inspector out, who confirmed it was faulty. Having previously had (and loved) a memory foam mattress, when we bought a bigger bed, we bought this one because it was memory foam,and because it was sold as having an airflow system that enabled it to feel cooler. Not the case! There was no difference, albeit it was comfy to begin with. The other down side was that it could only be turned round and not over,as there is a different 'top and bottom' to the mattress. This restricts flexibility with usage. The salesman contacted Dormeo to arrange a replacement, but they would only replace 'like for like', which we didn't want The Terms & Conditions were tightly written so that we were able to not negotiate at all. We would have settled for two single mattresses as a replacement, or some financial compensation, but Dormeo clearly were not up for that at all. We couldn't even just get them to take the old mattress away without delivering another one!! Fortunately a charity has agreed to take the replacement. Would not recommend dealing with this company as they will NOT deal with you directly!.

December 1st 2021 saw me placing an order for a Dormeo topper for my mattress,as had a friend arriving to stay for Xmas, and knowing that they had some issues with the current bed they have decided to buy a topper for them, as was promised the item would be in time for Xmas. I record my calls and can provide positive evidence that the advisor on the phone told me that it would be here by the time i requested. We are now at January 4th 2022, and the mattress topper has not arrived still. You can go ahead and order from Dormeo, but under no circumstances expect your order to arrive quickly or even on time. Dormeo said sorru for the inconvenience, and offered me a good will gesture of £9.99. I actually don't call that a goodwill gesture I actually call that an insult. Avoid buying from these idiots unless you like a long wait for your items.

Our Dormeo Mattress is the best bedding purchase we have ever made its is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We both have never slept so well on any other mattress the Dormeo Mattress is the best and we looked forward to many of the best nights sleep on it. We will recommend Dormeo to all our Friends & Family for them to enjoy the best nights sleep experience . We will continue to purchase Dormeo products in the future.

I'm having the same issue. Told to wait for the full 28 days, previously told 21-28 days. 28 days is up tomorrow...no mattress. Keep being fobbed off with 'high demand' and shortages of HGV drivers'. They took my money quick enough though

I revived it the beginning of this week, they were supposed to bring it in the Monday but the claimed to have knocked and left a card which they hadn’t even been as I have a doorbell camera so that was a lie. They came the next day and delivered the mattress but not the pillow which was confirmed that it was packaged separately. So now I’ve been trying to chase that up. Terrible service on both parts.
