Wii Fit Plus
Alright game play.
Personally it kept me fit for a while, when i say a while, its because the game gets very boring after about half-an-hour.
Good bits are the games like the skateboarding ones.
Overall its an alright game, but if you have the money for that game others, then buy other ones, waste of time it you have the choice.

I Have Always Been Into Sport, Health And Exercise
I have always been into sport, health and exercise the old fashioned way, and so initially I was very skeptical of the Wii Fit packages. However, I received the game as a Christmas present and have been addicted ever since.
Although the game shouldn't be used in place of regular exercise, it really does work you out - and it's fun.
I tried a few of the games - the Hula Hoop, jogging, step aerobics and yoga initially - and carried on playing for hours. Although I didn't really feel tired at the time, I noticed my muscles aching the next day.
The game isn't going to give you a perfect body if you don't do 'proper' exercise regularly as well, but it is definitely a fun and welcome addition for anyone looking to bulk up their exercise routine with something fun [without having to brave the Winter !]

I Had A Go On The Wii Fit Balance Board Last Weeke
I had a go on the Wii Fit Balance Board last weekend and played some of the Wii Fit Plus games (after some gentle persuasion from my nieces). The scariest bit was waiting for the board to weigh me after I had given it my height and age, my BMI was worked out and I was pleasantly surprised to find myself at the ideal weight.
So on the games, first off I had a go at the centre of gravity and I thought I was pretty well balanced (I lean too far back according to the board) then the table top balance game which again I bombed at. I really enjoyed the super hula hoop and beat my family but sucked at downhill ski jump (kept forgetting to lean forward with my feet on the board) and got a great time at downhill slalom. It was good fun and I burnt off enough calories for a small bowl of rice (apparently!) brilliant for the family as you get to see your Mum or Dad getting all hysterical over getting a hula hoop wrong. :)

I Got A Wii Fit Plus For Christmas And Couldn't Be
I got a Wii Fit Plus for Christmas and couldn't be happier with it. I didn't know what to expect as far as fitness goes when I got it, but you can actually get a workout using it. There are great cardio exercises...some of my favorite are the hula hoop, boxing and aerobics. And you can do yoga, among other things. I even bought a riser for my board, so it is now 4" high. I also like how you can constantly track your progress and set goals for yourself. As far as graphics go, it isn't too exciting, but that doesn't really matter to me.

Wii Fit Plus Is Better Than The Previous Version B
Wii fit plus is better than the previous version but it still isn't a good tool for a regular workout. The games are good fun and the multi player is much better so it's easily worth the price tag.
However, do not buy this if you want to use it for working out. It still suffers from a lot of the problems that the previous version also suffered from. You can now link exercises together to make your own workout and you do go through the routine without having to stop and choose another exercise (like you had to in the last version. But, and it's a big but, you can't choose all of the exercises. You are limited to less than half of them. For example, I'd like to incorporate jogging into my routine, but I can't.. for no reason I can possibly fathom. I just can't. Likewise, the obstacle course. Both of these are excellent cardio workout tools too. I can do hula hoop or throwing snowballs though. Why?
Also, and this really grates during a routine. If you use any of the muscle or yoga exercises in your routine it still insists on giving you a talk about how doing 'this' will improve 'that'.If you don't want to hear it, and believe me you won't after a few times, you end up having to grab the remote and press the A button a couple of times to skip through it. This just serves to break up your routine. It's extremely frustrating.
So, buy this if you want to have some fun with your mates or if you want to do a few exercises now and again. Don't buy it if you think it's going to replace your existing fitness routine.
I hope when Wii fit plus plus comes out they wil finally allow an uninterrupted workout with a choice of any of the games and exercises (an option to switch off those irritating repetitive comments would be a good start though).
