My Favorite Of All The Indy Movies.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is an action-adventure film made in 1989 and it is a sequel to the two previous Indiana Jones movies, Raider of the Lost Ark, and the Temple of Doom. This is personally my favorite of all of the Indiana Jones movies to date and one of my favorite movies of all time period.

Indiana Jones ends up receiving a package from his father who he had not been in contact with for many years. He goes in search of his father in Italy with Marcus Brody where he meets Elsa Schnieder, an Austrian woman who was working with Indy's father. Indy's father has gone missing, so Indy takes up the role of his fathers quest. The search for the Holy Grail. At the same time, he fights Nazi's who also want the Grail for Hitler and meets an old friend from a previous film.

Now right off the bat, one of the greatest parts of this film is the action, much like the previous films. The action comes in when it needs to and it's always well done. My favorite action scene is actually the one where Indy is chasing the tank to get his dad out of it.

The second best thing in this movie is humor, which mostly comes from the father-son relationship which is possibly the funniest one I've ever seen on screen. The funniest part at least for me is when Indy and his dad are tied up in the castle and Indy's father reaches for a lighter and tries to burn the ropes, but ends up dropping the lighter. While he tries to blow the lighter out, he accidentally lights the rug on fire, which quickly engulfs the entire room.

Then there's the acting. Not much to say really. The acting is really good and it helps makes the characters feel alive and varied, especially for Sean Connery, who played Indy's dad.

Then there's the story and writing. The story is the classic search for the Holy Grail scenario, just set in the 1940's instead of a King Arthur story. The writing is what makes this film stand out though. Just like the acting, it makes the characters feel more real and relate-able, but also lends to the humor throughout the movie.

I really have no problem with this movie in any way. It's just the perfect action-adventure type movie and one of the greatest movies ever made. Oh, and lets not ever forget that iconic movie theme.

‘indiana Jones And The Last Crusade’ Was Made In 1

‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’ was made in 1989 and is filled with excitement, humour, suspense, special effects and, as a real plus, character development.

One of the reasons why I love this film is because it is the most action packed and there's action from the beginning to the end.

This stands out very well in terms with very limited CGI graphics and everything looks and feels more real and natural. Even back in 1989 the graphics were pretty good and might be slightly ahead of its time.

I recommend you see this movie. You won't be disappointed.
