The Turtle 1200 is a great caravan, let down by front locker letting in rain and lights not having a good seal. The rest of it was good being warm comfy and light at 400kg my 1.2 fiat pulled this ok.There is a 1500 model out looks the same to me!I liked the fridge in the rear galley was ajoy to use and cupboards were plenty. The windows were good as was the sunroof hatch however found the doors in strong wind hard to get out of.I had to sell as i was not using it enough but do miss this warm well equiped model and as long as the bolts used are now galvanised mine had ones rusting would be a good buy at the right price.Mind you at this price you could buy a freedom caravan brand and be able to stand in it .

I have a turtle 1500 Brought new May 2014, Just 12 Months old, A good trailer but in my opinion let down by shoddy finishes, Doors leak in water, Had to renew bolts that hold the front box to the chassis they were loose and not the correct bolts It looked like they had just used what they had in the toolbox at the time, Light on driver side fixed on back to front, Front box leaks water, where the electric wiring hangs down, some screws missing on one of the doors inside, Back light on drivers side fixed at a angle not straight, Most of the screws used are rusting, condensation on lights, Back lock mechanism is a joke, I paid £7800.00 for this, and , If you are thinking of buying a turtle 1500 don't, l feel there must be a lot better products out there for the money, Having said all that l have made my bed so will have to lie in it, Roll on weekend,
