Karcher K3.69 Pressure Washer

Lasted about 15 hours over two years. I only run these for a few hours quarterly. Pressure dropped off rapidly after about 14 hours use. I bought this a couple of years ago so I now have some land fill. My previous cheaper unit lasted 12 years(about 100-150 hours).

KARCHER K3.65 BOUGHT 2009 FAILED STAIGHT FROM BOX TOOK SIX MONTHS TO GET FIRST REPAIR COMPLETED, FAILED AGAIN, REPAIRED AGAIN, BOTH TIMES BROKEN VALVES REQUIREDAND REPLACED. WHEN IT FAILED THE TRIRD TIME THEY ASKED FOR PROOF OF PURCHACE AFTER COMPLETING TWO REPAIRS THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE.THEY OFFERED TO REPAIR AGAIN WITH A MONTH TO THINK ABOUT IT GUT MY FAITH HAS GONE PUT IT DOWN TO BAD EXPERIENCE MY LAST KARCHER LASTED MANY YEARS AND LEFT BEHIND WHEN MOVED STILL GOING SO I GUESS THE WORKMANSHIP HAS SLIPPED A LOT.

This unit delivers. I think the German engineering is excellent. The cords are long and I was so engrossed in my cleaning project that they got intertwined, but that was the only slowdown I had. The 3 wands were great....vario power spray want, distblaster rotary spray wand and the wash brush. It was a value for 1800 psi. I am a satisfied customer.

Bought this product 6/2009 lucky for us we bought the warranty, after less than 20 hours of use over 3 months the pressure chamber blew up and shot water up into the electric motor. got a replacement used it four times and same thing happened. After disassembling the first failed unit found the cause of death nothing more than bad engineering this unit is made to fail. Do not buy and if you must get the warranty. They must know its a bad product because they let you keep the one that fails.

Broken right out of the box - the on/off switch had snapped off during packing/shipping. The rest of it looks equally fragile, returned to WalMart for refund.

Well, the first time I used it, it was great. Took a 5 min break and it stopped working all together. So I got ONE use out of it. Taking it back to the store right now. Don't buy this one.

Hardly used since purchase this machine blew up its pump. Repairman said it was due to corrosion through use of chemicals although I never used any. This is the second Karcher I have had and both were useless. When it did work it was powerful enough to clean patio. I do not recommend Karcher as a product.

I am impressed. I had a gasoline pressure washer generating 2,200 psi pressure (when I could keep it running). As an alternative I bought a Karcher K3.69 generating 1800 psi pressure. I tried it for cleaning my deck (I'm trying to removbe all dirt and loose paint before repainting) and found it does at least as good a job as my gas washer. Then I found the extra high power wand included in the box. Let me tell you. It DOES the job. This machine is light, quiet so I can even use it early in the morning when the neighbors are sleeping, and best of all, its RELIABLE. Just attach a garden hose, plug it in, turn it on andd start washing. Every homeowner should have one.
