Within the kit you get two boxes of nail extensions- white and clear-, clear UV gel, pink UV gel, an application brush, a Rio nail file, a white sanding block, two tubes of nail glue, a cuticle pusher, nail extension cutters, clean/condition/shine files, cuticle oil, nail primer, acetone solution and finishing wipe solution and a UV lamp. Within the kit, you get a DVD which goes through step by step what you are to do and explains in full detail. You also get a piece of paper which tells you what everything in the kit is and you get a booklet which explains how to use the UV lamp. The reason this is suitable for beginners is it explains everything and makes everything clear- especially on the DVD. The DVD is very handy as not only tells you what to do but demonstrates very clearly how to complete each step. This kit is not just suitable for beginners as experienced could also use it as it contains everything that is needed to do perfect UV nails. You get your moneys worth.
