Samsung R560

I have had this laptop for 2 years now, and it has never worked just once. After purchasing it, it arrived with the low quality plastic case half off already. I paid a LOT of money for the extra specs, but I have seen no increase in speed or performance than my old laptop; even when running high performance applications. Two years on and the battery life is down to an abysmal 15 minutes, which is useful for nothing. The screen scratches so easily, and the case is cracked on the back, even though I bought a case, and never dropped it or gave it a heavy blow. It came preinstalled with loads of rubbish software, none of which has been useful once in the two years I have had it. In conclusion, I would NOT buy a Samsung laptop again, never mind a R560. I have now bought a HP Envy 15, which has served me brilliantly for the past few months. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG.
