Several years ago would recommend this. Not now. Sloppy mince and tasteless bechemel sauce. Hardly edible. Very disappointed. Would not buy again.

This has to be the most depressing lasagne ever. I was looking forward to it. It was cheap and nasty and looked like sick. Teeny weeny microscopic bit of carrot, just slop. There was nothing to like about it at all.

Aldi has never disappointed me before but this was the first lasagne I had tried, it was sloppy and impossible to serve sliding of the slice. The flavour was ok but the pasta was slimy like wet stodgy blotting paper.

Worst Lasagne I've ever tasted Dryer than a Nun's Crutch. Wouldn't let my dog sniff let alone eat it. Get real people to taste your products and not some bellend who just eats Nandos and drinks Wine

Don’t bother with this CHEAP and nasty lasagne Id suggest you go into Coles and buy their 1.8kg pack instead for just $10 WHY? 1. Aldi World Kitchen lasagne is not cheap compared with Coles lasagne 2. It's not better than Coles lasagne either 3. Nor is its practical compared with Coles 4. And Aldi’s directions are not clear and in fact proven to be downright dangerous! FIRSTLY Aldi World Kitchen beef lasagne comes in a much smaller 1.2kg pack compared with Coles 1.8kg pack so on a dollar for dollar basis the are similarly priced. Using smaller packaging is one of Aldi’s tricks to make their products appear cheaper! SECONDLY Aldi World Kitchen doesn’t taste very good. It’s very bland and flat with little if any beef (if you can find it) It’s also somewhat "gluey" THIRDLY Coles lasagne comes in an aluminium tray ready to place in the oven. Just slip off the wrapping and place in the oven. Just as you would expect! So no dirty oven tray to scrub and clean. On the other hand Aldi World Kitchen lasagne comes in a plastic tray. Yes you heard right. So you must first remove the lasagne from the plastic tray first and place it into an oven dish or baking tray. So much more mess and fuss and cleaning to boot. Just forget the idea. Seriously! FOUTHLY The instructions literally just say to remove the sleeve and plastic film and place the meal on a baking tray in the oven. See they don’t tell you to remove the lasagne from the plastic tray. And let me tell you plenty of people have fallen prey in this one by placing the lasagne inside the plastic tray straight into the oven. It even made the news last year. Yet Aldi did absolutely nothing to rectify this dangerous and total impractical situation situation. That is just reckless and irresponsible. You have to wonder how many more Aldi products are offered in such a dangerous way.

Aldi Fresh Lasagne is one of the best we have ever had, and really good value too. They use premium quality ingredients, we have never had a problem. The same goes for their Porterhouse Steaks, we have not had a bad one yet. Well done Aldi

We had aldi lasagne last night as after a day out shopping I am normally too tired to cook a meal from scratch. It was ok, not much meat, but not too bad. Then today we had the other half of the pack for lunch, and almost finished when I started to chew something hard that felt like a worm in my mouth, so I spat it out and to my horror, there was a big piece of vein on my plate! I guess I don't need to say it but I could not eat anymore after that!

I had got the aldi ready lesagne and the use by date had said 12/03/11 so i used it on the 10/03/11 and it had a funny taste yet my boyfriend still ate it. after about an hour or two of him feeling sick he started vomiting. He had got food poisining from the lasagne!! I would strongly recomend everyone not to buy this product!!

Aldi Chilled Lasagne looks nice in the picture on the plastic packing, but pictures can be deceiving. This lasagne, contained nothing that resembled mince. The cheese sauce was heavy and it remained separate, you had a layer of lasagne, then a layer of a dull orange coloured mush and then a layer of white cheese sauce.
