You know you're in trouble when the instructor is sweating and out of breath so thank goodness the sections are only 10 minutes long. The 10 Minute Solution brand puts effective workouts together in 10 minute routines – for you to mix and match to suit your needs. This one has been designed by the amazing Keli Roberts. Keli is an experienced trainer whose instructions, cueing, technical ability, energy and enthusiasm mean you can't go wrong. Very nice. This is obviously based on KickBoxing therefore it is full of kicks and punches but Keli devises interesting routines that keep you motivated and moving onto the next exercise just before it hurts too much. This is not an easy DVD, even though the moves are straightforward with no fancy choreography, this is not for beginners as it gets intense. Totally suitable for men and is not a 'fast-paced' aerobic routine-type workout but seriously effective exercises explained clearly in an engaging style. Each 10 minute section includes a quick warm and stretches before the hard work begins and then a little cool down at the end. So much is packed within 10 minutes! Perhaps not suitable if you have bad knees, however you can make sure you do not bend too deep with the squats and lunges. As with all DVDs take it at your level and listen to your body. With this one there is a 7-Day Body BootCamp Meal Plan in booklet format inside the DVD which some of you may be interested in. What you get: Basic Training Learning the correct techniques while warming up & stretching: Boxing shuffles, skipping, weaving, skipping, kicks, jabs, cross, hooks and upper cuts Ultimate Buns & Thighs Plie, lunges, kicks, squats – kicks go side, back and forward – you will feel it Arm & Shoulder Sculptor Triceps, jab, cross, hook, upper cut with legs involved Fat Burning Blast Burpees, although not just normal ones, these have a press up and leg raises in the middle! Side runs with kicks, knee raises and punches – super effective and you will be out of breath Washboard Abs Plank, side plank with kick, crunches, roll ups, bicycles and jack knives MrsGoldsmith's Rating: Fun: 4/10 A serious workout but Keli makes it engaging Fitness: 8/10 You’ll be out of breath. Very nice Value: 7/10 10 minute sections makes it versatile but not all of you are going to like it
