Mel B: Totally Fit features sections in cardio, full body workout, arms, legs, buttocks and abs, plus an additional nutrition section.
Good points: A more advanced and serious workout than some celebrity fitness DVDs, if you're looking to tone and build overall muscle, this is a good choice. You can tell that Mel B actually works out to achieve her figure and isn't a skinny 'size 0' model like so many celebrities, so that is quite motivating and realistic. Good if you want a more advanced strength building workout.
Bad Points: Mel B, unfortunatly. After a while of usage, she becomes pretty annoying. Music wasn't particuarly motivating. Not a great choice if you want a sweaty aerobics or dance routine style DVD.
