Bought a brand new Willerby Winchester June 2017. In the firs 12 months, 1/ the boiler didn’t work for the first 21 days 2/ the microwave burnt out after about 20 uses had to wait 6 weeks for replacement, 3/ washer drier broke down, again waited 5/6 weeks to be fixed and 4/ the work surface by the cooker started to bubble and lift. Dreading the next thing to go wrong because the so called warranty is nearly out.

“Purchase a pemberton”

My wife and I purchased a swift champaigne,there flagship static van,I am less than happy with the van ,I have had leaking radiators windows resealed,drafts,coming through seals,the floors creak when you walk around van,the quality of the fixed units is poor,I have had the king size bed replaced after the radiator leaked into the carpets,and ruined the bed panels,thermostat under the bath broke had to be replaced.patio door side and front would not close properley,and dealing with the factory was a nightmare,I even got factory to extend warranty,because I had lost faith...there is one more champaigne on our site on the fylde coast on a bourne leisure site and they to have had similar problems,wish I had Purchased a pemberton. Static van my money would have been better spent? !!!!!!

We bought a Swift Champagne, used as new, 1 year old (2010 model) and have had endless troubles with it from day 1. Given the cost of the caravan it is outrageous that Swift get away with it. In addition to a fridge freezer that never worked, misted window unit, water running down the kitchen wall, cupboards that don't close properly, leaking pipework under the sink, kitchen door that doesn't fit, shower that doesn't get hot, we now have a boiler break down and have also discovered that the front end of the caravan has been leaking under the carpet throughout its life - (owners beware, it's not an easy one to find until the fungus appears). Steer clear of this one.

We have recently bought this very expensive Swift Champagne static caravan. Hoping to relax and enjoy our retirment. My husband has been diagonosed with heart failure so we thought this is the life. NO! NO! what a disappointment. Everything that could go wrong has. eg the table leg split, the toilet had not been fitted correctly and leaked inside the units, the kitchen sink leaked because it had not been sealed. Besides these problems there were numerous minor discrepancies due to bad workmanship. Now just to cause us a little more stress the double state of the arc frige/freezer needs to be replaced. We have waited 3 months for the engineer to come to that conclusion after numerous visits.

We are currently having a similar nightmare with a 2011 Swift Champagne. Lots of problems and poor workmanship. Swift after sales service is very poor in our own experience. We have made a huge mistake. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE BUYING ONE.

We purchased one of the first champagne models and have had a lot of trouble with it - the main doors don't fit the floor is uneven windows leak. Waiting for swift to fix it was a nightmare, I ended up doing most of it myself
