If I could leave a 0 review, I would. What a disaster of a hair treatment causing much emotional distress and embarrassment; upon seeking help and remedial treatment, the response was patronising, defensive and total denial of any mistake. The additional cost of remedial treatment from an alternative hairdresser was substantial The shameless attitude here is indefensible.
