THESE R COMPLETE SCUM BAGS DO NOT USE THEM WE PAID £815 FOR FOUR TICKETS TO THE V FESTIVAL ONLY TO FIND OUT A FEW MONTHS LATER THAT THE WEBSITE HAD GONE, THE FONE NUNBER THEY HAD GIVEN US WAS DEAD, COMPLETE DICKS!!!!! STAY WELL CLEAR.

great we have been looking forward 2 v festival for so long and our tickets have not arrived, the Tickets 2 Ride number given is dead! we have had an email conformation and transaction conformation! we just dont know what to do!!!!!!! please help! becky

I bought 4 day tickets for V festival at Chelmsford for Sat 22nd Aug way back in march this year. I received several confirmation emails from tickets2ride stating that the tickets will be sent 6 weeks before the event etc etc.

6 weeks came and no tickets, so i started to get a bit concerned. I called the number given on the confirmation email it was dead!! website no longer exists and email's bounce back!!

Unfortunately, i paid by debit card (idiot) and the bank won't refund me!! it's been an expensive mistake..but a lesson LEARNT!!!

I purchased 4 Vfestival Tickets which come to £815 ... Its 4 days before and still have not recieved any tickets ... tryed to call Tickets 2 Ride but phone line is dead .... i have sent 3 emails have not had a reply to any email.

Pretty glad i payed by credit card ...... headace or what?

tickets never arrive from Tickets 2 Ride and you pay over the odds for them.

Bought 4 tickets for V Festival. Got email confirmation and a post confirmation, then didn't recieve the tickets, tried to call them - line dead, tried to email them and it was sent right back undeliverable and Tickets 2 Ride website no loger exists.

Hadn't received tickets for this weekend V Fest so tried to phone Tickets 2 Ride , no longer in service, no email, no web ad, daughter in tears as can't now go with her mates. Hopefully will get money back via Credit Card but we all end up paying for these con men, they should have abta bonds like travel agents.

gutted , they were for my wife and my sister who were going on my wifes sisters hen party.

In agreement with other reviews, brought 4x tickets 4 v festival from tickets 2 ride,tried to contact via telephone and email as tickets not arrived, dead phone number, email not received, message didnot get there,How can they still advertise?? going to look into matter, they need stopping taking poeples money and causing disappointment!!!!!

Bought 2 tickets for Michael Jackson, now want a refund, cannot contact tickets2ride.com, as phone lines dead and no reply from website.
