I find it interesting that there is always some sort of code for a discount (great, right?) Well, it must be because the clothing isn't worth the original price to begin with but, it looks great to offer discounts so you believe you're getting your bang for the buck. I paid 16. For the xpress shipping as i needed the clothing for an event, they split order into two so i had to pay 16x2 for shipping. Clothes came and looked like halloween costumes. Terrible stitching, terribly made, terrible material! Now to send back, it's costing me another 14. 00! Learned my lesson and have nothing $46. 00 later so warning to you! “All Boohoo Clothing Faulty and Damaged”

I made a order £44.99 at boohoo.com, for the parcel to be delivered fine, but all the 6 items of clothing includeing the order note form was faulty and damaged. They all were screwed up with dent marks and order note form screwed up to. I returned the items to boohoo for them to not refund me. They are keeping my money and they have the order. “Shipment always late”

I order my clothes from 7 days ago and it is still not here yet. They refuse to refund me 3 days shipment, because they WANT to investigate the claim. 

I showed them screenshots of the order. They guaranteed the items to be here by April 21st and today is April 23rd. While it is 3 days shipment, I am here still waiting on my 8th day. 

Recommendation, order your clothes 3-4 weeks before the date that you actually need it otherwise you will be frustrated like me. Seriously need to question their

Terrible customer service. Ordered 5 items & they sent wrong sizes for 3 but would not pay for return postage even though it was their error. There was no indication of it being a UK company until they tried to say the sizes were ordered in UK sizing. Took forever to get items in wrong sizes only to then pay a fortune to return. Made a large order from BooHoo, and returned some items which they confirmed they had accepted back on 3 Nov. No refund was received so I contacted them on 25 November. The customer service team said the refund to the credit card had failed (as it had expired and a new card issued - a common situation which Visa/MasterCard insist a retailer has processes to handle). Do not order from Boohoo, their favorite line to customers are, we did not receive your return, do you have proof of postage. Tell out of country customers just so they can take your money and return the clothes back to stock. I had the same issue with MissGuided! 129.00 gone! Order sent to another state and lost! Customer service was extremely unresponsive, so several items were out of stock by the time we finally got to talk to someone. Promised 2 day shipping of the replacement items they had and then that was rescinded. Shipping and customer service departments completely incompetent. I ordered from Boohoo a pair of overalls. When i received my order confirmation, i saw that rather than it being a size 6 the order was in a size 10. I thought i must have made the mistake of putting the wrong size. Customer Service told me they could not cancel my order and that i would have to wait for it to arrive and return it. I placed a large order with boohoo.com on March 7th and it arrived March 15th. Nothing I ordered fit, so I paid for the large order to be returned to their return center in Georgia. When I never heard anything for a few weeks I contacted their customer service and they responded quickly and explained the 21 days because of the UK return center. If you order from Boohoo, expect to be crying while they laugh at you. BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them.
