“Problem solved”

We contacted you yesterday evening (13/01/2021) regarding an issue with a jumper purchased as a Christmas present. I want to thank you for the speed and ease at which the problem was resolved. A replacement garment was ordered during the Live Chat and received by us at 13.00pm the next day. I couldn't believe it! A wonderful service. Will not hesitate to buy from Boohoo again.

“Abysmal service.”

Abysmal service. Late deliveries. Rude staff. A CEO who can't be bothered to acknowledge emails with a resolution. No customer care whatsoever. I sent my items right back without bothering to open the package due to the poor service I received from them when I wanted an item for my birthday and paid extra for this. Their website allowed me to book the day I wanted the item to arrive, to only be told later it would arrive late - so why did the website give the option for this and it wasn't mention in the Covid-19 banner that there would be a delay! I will never shop there again - this is further reinforced by the cold emails I keep getting from them that don't look at what I've communicated! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

“Remember the poor little Bangladeshi girls?”

I am sure that your cheap clothes will look magnificent on the waste tip. However, please try not to to have first-world problems too much! Of course the clothes you buy cheaply can always be sent back to the east, for burial. And then the people who worked hard to make them them can dig them out of the ground to wear. Or sell? Who really knows what they do?

“Never received items from order”

Made many purchases from boohoo, but most recent one I didn’t receive a couple of items from my order. I made numerous attempts (at least 10+) to contact them to find out where missing items were but did not receive 1 response back, nor was I credited for the missing items. So They basically took from me about $100. Because of their lack of customer service and failure to clearly give a dam about customers, I will never buy anything from them again!!!

“Extremely poor customer service ”

Absolutely rubbish customer service! I spent over £300 with them in the last few days and one of the items weren't in stock despite it being shown in stock allowing me to make the purchase so they cancelled it. I wanted the item so was willing to comprising for the next size which was in stock, but given the error was Boohoo's they wouldn't honour the price of the order they cancelled even though it was their error and I just wanted the same item in an alternative size. I won't be shopping with these clowns again and the way I'm feeling right now might even send all the items back out of principle.

“Ridiculous sizing!”

Libby Paisley Cold Shoulder Dress - after reading the reviews, I ordered a really big size. I am size 12, I ordered in two sizes just to be sure - 14 and 16. I couldn't even get the sleeve over my arm. My daughter, who is a size 8, tried and she could just to say get her arm in but said it was too uncomfortably tight. Such a great looking dress but rubbish sizing. I ordered another dress in a size 14 on the same order - that was huge and also had to be sent back.

“Terrible quality”

I find it interesting that there is always some sort of code for a discount (great, right?) Well, it must be because the clothing isn't worth the original price to begin with but, it looks great to offer discounts so you believe you're getting your bang for the buck. I've ordered from boohoo twice now; twice too many. The delivery time is too long. My sister & I placed an order on the same day for the same one item. She paid for expedite shipping & I did not. I received my order before she did. The quality of the item I purchased, (Yes, just one item to keep me from having major disappointment in purchasing too much!) is basically a Hanes tee with a sticker on top. Will no longer look at this store nor purchase from BOOhoo.

I paid 16. For the xpress shipping as i needed the clothing for an event, they split order into two so i had to pay 16x2 for shipping. Clothes came and looked like halloween costumes. Terrible stitching, terribly made, terrible material! Now to send back, it's costing me another 14. 00! Learned my lesson and have nothing $46. 00 later so warning to you! I did not like a thing about any of the outfits and my teen daughters couldn't stop laughing bc i looked like a clown. Clothing were about two sizes too big - not true to size at all. I'll do my yelp review next.

“All Boohoo Clothing Faulty and Damaged”

I made a order £44.99 at, for the parcel to be delivered fine, but all the 6 items of clothing includeing the order note form was faulty and damaged. They all were screwed up with dent marks and order note form screwed up to. I returned the items to boohoo for them to not refund me. They are keeping my money and they have the order. I do not know why they sent me all faulty clothes. Do not ever buy from boohoo tell everyone you know not to, worse company ever.

I placed an order for 7 items. Did not receive confirmation until 3 days later. Finally another 5 days I received an email saying my items were shipped, but they failed to provide a tracking number. Finally after thorough research, I find that my items will be arriving in 2 more weeks. This is after I paid for delivery.

“Item doesn't match the picture”

Item number/code: DZZ92764 Item is shown as a swimsuit, with crochet details, which shows through to the skin. Purchased this particular item because of the detail. Received the item, and yes, the crochet detail was there, but its over the top of the swinsuit. You cannot see skin underneath, its just the black swimsuit with black crochet details over the top. It fits fine, but the reason i wanted the item was because of the detail shown.

Iv used boohoo on a number of occasions and not only are the clothes always reasonably sized and affordable, they are delivered on time. Iv never had anyproblems with them and would reccomend to anyone.

The best thing about shopping at is that you can get all office necessities (including snacks and beverages) at one place. I recently bought some file folders and printer paper from them and as usual, it was a great experience. Thumbs up!

“Shipment always late”

I order my clothes from 7 days ago and it is still not here yet. They refuse to refund me 3 days shipment, because they WANT to investigate the claim. 

I showed them screenshots of the order. They guaranteed the items to be here by April 21st and today is April 23rd. While it is 3 days shipment, I am here still waiting on my 8th day. 

Recommendation, order your clothes 3-4 weeks before the date that you actually need it otherwise you will be frustrated like me. Seriously need to question their customer service and delivery service. Marketing shouldn't advertise it if the business can't deliver it.

“Poor customer service!”

I have purchased many items over a period of time from Boohoo and I am happy with the quality of the items. The problem I have experienced is trying to log back into account so that I can return a item. I was told by Boohoo that a new password had been sent to me, this would allow me to return to my account. I have emailed the Boohoo customer service and asked if they can activate my account after putting it on 'lock down'. On that same email I was told that my account would be activated ASAP. I am not very happy that it has taken 5 days for them to carry this operation out. If anything needs improving on the Boohoo website, I would say it had to be customer service. Hopefully my email will help to improve the website and it can be changed for the better.

“Absolutely Terrible”

Terrible customer service. Ordered 5 items & they sent wrong sizes for 3 but would not pay for return postage even though it was their error. There was no indication of it being a UK company until they tried to say the sizes were ordered in UK sizing. Took forever to get items in wrong sizes only to then pay a fortune to return. Terrible company!

“Upset Customer”

I have been ordering from Boohoo for over two year with no issues. However, lately I can't seemed to receive what I ordered. I ordered two dresses on March 14,2017. It is now March 27, 2017 and I still haven't received my order. The tracking number provided the USPS didn't even recognize. I've sent several emails and received no response. My event has came and passed, so please understand my frustration. Order at your own risk!!!!!

I placed an order with Boohoo 4 and a half weeks ago, I still haven`t received it yet! It seems to have been everywhere but here! And now they are not answering my emails and their only phone number is dead! What do I do now?!

I did not have good experience with Boohoo either. I guess you can wait until they answer or just contact Consumer Protection Services.

I've shopped with boohoo for years, they are really going down. Even sneaking sale items back up. Don't even think that's legal. If you can't get through to any company at all, buy law they must acknowledge if you write a letter. Even spend a few pence on recorded delivery. That way there's proof you have done something and they aren't responding adaquetky. By writing a letter. And signed for at boohoo (recorded) they have to take note Good luck. ????????
