I bought my Grace device from Sirius. I upgraded to Premium and still of course nothing works. Is there anyone who it is working for??? I have called Grace and Sirius and they both tell me it is working for some people. So why?? I am also told they are "working on it" Well from the messages left here that does not seem true. If it is then there should be some update. I bought this radio based on claims they made about Sirius. It was sold on Sirius's web site the box has a Sirius logo on it.....seems like false advertising to me. If that is the case I will wait 1 more week then I will contact the FTC about it to see their stand on this issue. For other internet issues the radio works fine. But, this one is important to me.
