This book was the most amazing thing in primary school, for 2 weeks i was excited to wake up and go to school for my english lesson. After reading this book, i asked my mum if she could buy it for me, since having the book i have read it thousands of times, still not getting bored of it. its a perfect read for all different mixed emotions. I have reccomened this to many people including the Libarain in the school i am currently working at, she is now reading this book in book club in Secondary School, going in to book club and seeing the kids starring at the page making very good comments, makes me realise, the book is perfect to get kids in to reading, there should be more book around like this on!!!

I read this book in primary school and I knew I would read it again. I absolutely love this book, I have read it over 50 times and would read it again and again. I like how it starts with the dream and ends with the dream in reality. Also I like how the children bought objects that were useful to them such as the torch, stick of rock, pebble and kite. I am a bit disappointed that there was never a movie of this because I would have definitely gone to see it and bought the DVD.

this is a great book but the only bad thing about this book is that it is not hardback. But that does not really matter because this is an awsome book.
My favorite character is Lisa because she never gave on trying to keep her class mate and other people safe. That is really brave to me.To be honest there is nothing that I didn't like about the book.I would actully have liked to know a bit more about some of the characters before I purchased the book.

Robert Swindells' Room 13 is a good horror/comedy for kids around 10 to 15 . It was scary throughout so you was hoping for a scary ending but it was quite boring the end. Very good book if ou like that type of book I would highly recommend it as a class book.
