“I have recently bought an Acoustic Solutions 37" LCD...”

★★★★☆

I have recently bought an Acoustic Solutions 37" LCD TV on the recommendation of a relative who has had this brand of TV for a while and rates it highly. I bought mine from Argos for just short of £400 with a 12 month guarantee. I am very pleased with the TV, it's smart in it's black frame and looks more expensive than it was. The TV comes with auto setup built in for those technophobes amongst us and really you can just plug it in from out of the box and go - it's really simple to operate. The remote control is simple too. The TV comes with 100 channels and an integrated freeview which works perfectly. The TV is obviously a high definition capable set and when a programme is broadcast in HD it's an amazing quality picture. The set also comes fitted with all the inputs you should need to operate camcorders, surround sound etc, it has 2 scart inputs for the usual video/dvd/sky box etc and a HDMI input (high definition multimedia input) too for use with Blu-ray players and the like (cable not included and costs approx £10). The menus are easy to navigate with multiple modes for picture style like 'film' or 'dynamic' and the sound quality is very good with 3D panorama effect available too. On the whole this is a very easy TV to use, looks good and gives a quality sound and picture for such a bargain price. Time will tell if the set is reliable, it's early days yet for me but I will report any problems here should they (god forbid) happen.
