Guam, Tumon, Fiesta Resort Guam

Our family stayed at this hotel March 17-20, 2016. There were stolen things from our room, a bag full of groceries and stuffs and shopping bag with shoes. We found out that these things were stolen on the second day when my hubby and I are fixing our shopping bags. We called the front desk immediately to report it. We were absolutely sure that these bags are in our room since i saw these bags before on top of luggage before I slept. Unfortunatel, the staff and the manager poorly handled this situation. They just got copy of receipt and reimbursed 75% of the amount, that's it!! The hotel manager didn't evn have the face to talk to us and apologize in person. Seems that that they don't care at all with their hotel guests. And no empathy from the manager. We have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time that our things are stolen inside our "supposedly secured" room. This happend at Fiesta Guam hotel. This is very disappointing in his the management handled it. Seems that there are criminals inside this hotel. Never again staying at this hotel.
