Read a few negative reviews about this company but from my perspective - first class. Always someone to either talk to (not even a queue) or instant reply from the chatline. I actually purchased a pair of TIMBERLAND 6" chelsea boots that retail at £160.00 or if you search really hard £144.00 elsewhere online. How they can advertise it for £106.00 then offer a promotional discount that brings the price down to £76.00 is beyond me. Throw in free postage and a prepaid returns label I don't see how it could be bettered. Oh it only took 2 drays to arrive as well. Well done Brown Bag Clothing

About time an updated review was done. Every item I have bought has been spot on with super quick delivery and very cheap postage. There is a live chat option which was likely never available in the past, making it much easier for anyone to liaise with the customer service team. Lastly a pre-paid returns label is also supplied with all deliveries, they have come a long way since these poor reviews and I am incredibly particular whete I shop and would recommend BBC very highly.

Ordered a pair of android hommes and they sent me a pair of size 16 chewed up slippers it was terrible! Someone's dog has ribboned on them! Proper lookin forward to wearing them Saturday night with a nice pair of jeans but guess am wearing a pair of foockin chewed up size 16 slippers with hot pants

What a useless website, If you are from the UK and happen to be overseas the only option the website goves you is international delivery and the drop down menu of countries doesn't include trhe UK. Hello, anyone in there - people do get on aeroplanes and go places you know. Doesn't mean they stop shopping just because they aren't in the UK. Didn't think it through did they. I'm sure they couldn't care less but I could have ordered something and that would have been a sale for them. As things stand I shall have to buy the product elsewhere from a company that has a proper website and I'll be glad to give them my money rather than these jokers. I'm not paying 15 quid (international delivery fee) to have something deleivered to an address less tahn a hundered miles from where the company is. Also there is no e-mail contact address on the website so you can't even tell them how useless they are. Poor customer service - they don't deserve to have a successful business.

bought many times off this website and they are very good at selling clothing cheaper than in shops and delivery is good. Problems when returning items as faulty as they make you wait 5-7 days for them to recognise you've sent them a parcel then another 5-7 days for them to check if your parcel is actually faulty which I'm currently 6 days in waiting, in total I've been waiting about 13 days and they haven't even told me my item is faulty yet. Not good enough at all I feel as if they are hoping if they take a long time I'll forget about it all

Customer service department are unwilling to listen to customer issues. The lack of empathy shown to a genuine and reasonable complaints is unsatisfactory. Stop offering money off incentives to entice regular spending, sort out your customer care staff and demand that they have possitive attitudes towards any concerns raised. Customer satisfaction will ensure loyalty, rather than any discounts or seasonal offers.

Ordered some trainers for my hubby for Christmas, they didn't quite fit, so I sent them back. They did refund me in a timely manner, but deducted the original £4.95 postage charge from my refund. So in essence I lost out on £4.95 (I checked my paperwork, and yes, I did pay for the parcel to be sent to me and I did pay £5 to return it to them). I contacted them to ask why. They ignored the email. I've emailed again, I suspect they'll ignore that too! I understand they have to restock the item, but I've never, ever come across a company that deducts the postage charge (you've paid). There is a teeny tiny line about it hidden deep in their returns page...not very clear. They should make it clearer if this is their policy. I'm not impressed, won't use them again. I should have just gone out and shoved a tenner down the drain. Poor, poor customer service to ignore emails. That's a basic requirement for a good company...I'll let you draw your own conclusions, but good luck if you use them!

i purchased a lacoste jumper - it was too big for me so i returned it the next day. Tracked the return via royal mail and it arrived at their warehouse on the 3rd of January.... I did not get my refund until the 19th and I had to open a paypal case to get it. shocking service avoid at all costs.

Using the order service for the 1st time, i am seriously unhappy at the treatment i received. The item i ordered was not suitable therefore i returned it as advised by the call handler. Days passed without even an acknowledgement of the returned item from bbclothing com and I eventually had to email to query if this had even been received. No reply was received and I chased again. And again. It took DAYS to get a reply which was useless and moments after receiving this email, i received the confirmation email that my return was being processed. Not sure the person who replied to me initially even checked if my return was received! I then emailed to query something and in my email i advised I was not happy with the service i have received from them and no apology was given or my complaint even mentioned. Bbclothing clearly don't give a damn once they have your money.

They are selling stuff online which they don't have in stock. Don't buy online from them if you don't want to be disappointed later.

I've nothing to complain about, great price, home delivery, my perfect shoe size...will do BBclothing again for sure. THUMBS UP HERE.

Bought six items of clothing , only kept one returned two for excahge and two for refund. Got exchanges through , checked TEN workingdays later and no refund , sent 3 emails which were ignored. Called them and was told yes it had been passed to accounts 4 days ago unsure why I want credited and that it would be done same day...two days later nothing, this company should not be allowed to operate

I put an order in online on Tuesday with the website promising next working day delivery. I didn't receive any order confirmation email, any order update email, or a delivery update email. I had to call customer service on Friday asking where was my order and they said it was a communication and they will get back to me as soon as. I still wait for an update...
