Paid half board treated as self catering had to buy loo rolls washing up liquid etc as not supplied. Maids in once to change beds & clean towels kept up by large groups of noisy spanish teenagers til 4am even after confronting them still partied. No meals on site have to eat at sister hotel amount of money paid for holiday very disappointed. Will not be returning. You have to pay for wifi €15 or €20 per person & no promise your keep connected to it. Reception open 9_1 then 5_9. :-(
