“Not sure what they did apart from take our booking and...”

Regal Dive were great on the phone at the point of booking. However when we arrived at the airport there was no welcome pack for us and when we got to our hotel we did not have a hotel voucher. We asked about our dive company and nobody knew. The following morning, having remembered the name of who we were diving with, we found out where they were and walked to their offices. “I have been on a number of holidays with Regal Dive...”

I have been on a number of holidays with Regal Dive over the years and their customer service in my opinion seems to be becoming steadily worse.
The last holiday I booked with them was disastrous (at the Menaville Resort in Safaga, Egypt), during which time we suffered construction noise, poor hygiene standards (towels in room unchanged from previous occupants etc), slow waiters (usually a good 15-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee at breakfast), illness and huge flight delays with little or… Read Full Review
