Hotel Ramada

After two nights at a hotel in Canterbury which was wonderful. Unfortunately we visited the Ramada Hotel and this was our experience:

1. Reception staff polite and courteous.

2. The bed was high a bit of a struggle getting onto it. In addition, the condensation was running down the wall, no heating in the bathroom.

3. Breakfast was palatable but maybe Ramada could invest in Bain maries as this keeps food hot and moist.

4. No restaurant staff finding out whether we enjoyed our breakfast or clearing tables so there was not enough space on the tables to have cereals and a cooked breakfast together with coffee /tea and juice.

Would not recommend as we did not experience a good ambience
