Completely in agreement. They think giving you a complaint or incident number solves the matter - IT DOESN'T

I can't believe how bad they have become.

One thing I disagree with. The medal should be plastic. They don't deserve any metal

Have just flown with BA for the first time in a few years ...what has happened they have really gone downhill. It was a 7 1/2 hour flight from Dubai and within an 1 1/2 hours of boarding got served our hot meal...fair enough but that was it for the rest of the flight!! “Worst flight ever”

Following cancellation from another airline we were placed with BA. Not our choice. We were premier passengers. The seat was faulty,( would not recline), as was the screen control for the television. Food was uneatable. had to ask for water during the night flight which I was given in a plastic cup. Staff were rude when I complained toilet was out of tissue and water. “No respect for their customers”

I think that British Airway's customer service must hold the accolade as the worst going, but that is their only achievement. Having booked our flight from Alicante to Gatwick I immediately selected and paid for seats in row 4 at a cost of €23 each. “Very disappointed, is this really the best you can do ?”

Just returned from Bridgetown (5/5/16) on Flight BA 2154. What an unpleasant experience. Check-in was fine, but if you are in cattle class (economy), it really isn't a nice experience. Deliberately swapped from a Virgin Flight (big mistake) due to a very good BA flight from Nassau in 2014. What a difference. Last year I flew B.A from Orlando (Florida) to London and decided that being it was an over seas flight I would upgrade to premium economy so I could enjoy the features and benefits of having better service and a slightly larger seat so my jet lag wouldn't be as bad. “Delay Bags for Days”

“Club Europe worse seating ever...”

We flew to/from Lisbon (March 2015) in Club Europe on the newly configured A320. There is not difference in the leg room between Economy and Club, meaning as a 6ft tall chap my legs touched the seat in front of me. When the seat was reclined, this turned a disappointment into an unpleasant flight. The crew and catering were both fine, but I would NEVER fly BA in club on short haul again. “Disappointing and Unprofessional”

That flight was extremely disappointing. The maxuimum luggage allowance for a bag is 23 KG. One of our bags was 26 and we were obliged to pay 40 Pounds. I'm an executive club member of British airways and have been a loyal client but seriously think to shift to any other alternative for the ordeal situation we encountered during my trip on BA 155 from London to Cairo on June 23rd. “Worst Customer Satisfaction ”

We had a flight that was delayed by HOURS, instead of 11:00 PM on x night it was moved to 8:00 PM on the y night instead. At that point we were like what?!? “Falling Standards”

After 8 years I have flown longhaul flight on BA. Our flight BA059 on 25th October 2013 was delayed at Heathrow for 3 hours because of fault in water supply system that required unloading baggage from front hold to allow the engineers to check. “Booked with BA, huge penalties charged - no limit”

I booked with BA through my travel agent and was to have upgraded with Avios points only to find that the ticket was non cancellable, non refundable and would incur penalties of $500+ each time a change was made after the ticket was paid for.
