Picked this camera up for just under £1000, in 2002!! Still looking for a better camera for less. It has most of the features of modern cameras and produces great images. Restricted by nondetachable lens with only 4x zoom. Also limited ISO Great camera that has been worth its weight in gold. If there was a way of increasing the ISO and an economic way of increasing the zoom, I would not be looking for another camera.

The Olympus E-10 is such a perfect digital camera, where would we be with out this camera?
Where has it been hiding, I happened to pick one up cheap, and love it.

E-10 is my second digital camera. First was olympus c-2100. The price difference was little but the quality difference was remarkable in all aspects. I liked the pro class body and the feel of slr film camera. Focus and lag times are amazing if not compared to pro cameras. Remember it's a pro camera at amateur camera's price range.

I have used box cameras, brownie cameras, 35mm Rangefinders, SLRs, TLRs, 4x5 Graflex cameras and point and shoots over the past 50 years, and now this E-10. Never got a better photo from any other camera. Photos are sharp and show excellent color. The quality shows from start to finish.

I have had this Olympus E-10 digital camera for almost a year now and I am very impressed with the quality and overall productivity of the camera. There are a few points which I find a little annoying. Flash recharge time is a little slow if you are trying to take multiple pictures. The auto focus in dark situations is not good and somewhat difficult to spot, even through the TTL eye viewer.
However, the quality of pictures, colour, density are superb. Using the zoom and setting the correct aperture, you can acheive great field of depth in your photos.
