Pax Wardrobe

the person I dealt with  from the Aberdeen store was fantastic in helping me decide which wardrobe was best for my needs & I was delighted with the price of it - good value for the money. He was very knowledgable in the range of products.

Ikea Galant Office Desk

Nice and sturdy, always get a little worried with IKEA stuff as often can feel flimsy (depending on your skill set of building the darn things) Mine is limited, that said it was no hassle to construct, has cable tidy away at the back and a nice easy clean surface, draws are handy but not the biggest, A4 sized pare is about your limit, although there is a little cubby hole just above the draw set which is pretty useful.

Elevates the monitor with a built is risen tower stand, I've got the PC on the top of the desk through lack of floor space and it accommodates it well and does not get in the way, bargain me thinks, good value product 9/10 draws could be bigger!!

Applaro Patio Furniture

We bought our Applaro sectional just last year, and have been very disappointed with it. It has only been out one year, and there are sections that are peeling and even bowing a bit. The description says that it has several coats of water resistant stain, but that stain clearly doesn't hold up against the elements. When I contacted corporate via email, they say they guaranty their products, and to take it in and see what the local store could do. Customer Service told me that they don't really warranty their outdoor furniture. I would avoid buying this product unless you're willing to apply some polyurethane and apply immediately upon buying. Don't expect this to actually be "outdoor furniture" otherwise.

Lights Mirror And Shelves

Went to ikea on a saturday afternoon to look round for ideas.

Came away with new lights shelves and mirror to make over the bedroom.

The price was very reasonable and apart from getting some better fixings had no problems

Will return.

Get What It Says On The Tin

Good value, standard stuff from Ikea. I used them to kit out a rental flat in Norwood Junction. Does the job!

I Think Ikea Serves Such A Great Need In The Area

I think IKEA serves such a great need in the area of home wares & consumer goods although there are some things i really dislike about they way that they make my experience feel quite managed. What I mean by this is the way that they lay out their stores so that I am directed to pass almost every product in the store & inevitably spot something i love yet don't really need. Apart from this often when i buy something which requires it to be assembled, I am often upset by the lack of detail the instructions provide & often wonder why it takes intelligent people such a long time to put 'simple' furniture together. Also the staff are very difficult to track down for assistance & they don't go to great lengths to help.

Ordered About £2000 Of Flat Pack Pax Malm Sl

Ordered about £2000 of flat pack Pax Malm sliding door wardrobes in mid April this year only as they said it was in stock and guess what - had 75% delivered after just over 1 month and we are still waiting for the last 25% which is a set of sliding doors - one mirror door and one black brown finish.

Customer services are useless and they actually say it is out of their control.

It was all supposed to be in stock when we ordered it and of course we have paid for it all at the time of ordering.

They have our money and we have only some goods.

Also the instructions were poor - sometimes actually wrong.

The brochure we got from the store does not correalate with the website either.

Overall - At best sloppy bordering on fraudulent.

It would have been good to know they had not enough stock to fulfill their obligations when they said that they did have stock.

Beware when you order [if you do] but Dwell, Next, Tesco or Argos are all equally hugely better and good at customer service/value for money and very quick deliveries from real stock.

I Was Extremely Disappointed With This Ikea Applar

i was extremely disappointed with this ikea applaro position chair as when i set it up and went to have my first seat on my new lovely chair it snapped in half and i broke my bum. i was in excruciating pain as still to this day i am unable to properly sit down on a chair and be comfy and happy. this prioduct has ruined my life as i can no longer enjoy putting my feat up on the sofa watching east enders.i have to stand and my legs often get very sore. however, i did like the design when i first saw it. i went to injury lawyers for you and got 24,000 pounds in compensation, so i recommend you buy it as you will almost be guaqranteed to get lots of money.

Many Of Our Friends Are Ikea Fans But The Shop Has

Many of our friends are Ikea fans but the shop has never appealed to me. However, I was pleased to note that I could order items online and did so recently. We ordered a solid wood cabinet which was delivered flatpacked. Unlike typical flatpacks this went together like a dream and was finished in minutes rather than hours. It looks good and it's sturdy. Good price, too.
