“2017 Alpine Advent Calendar”

I so enjoyed the 2016 Advent Calendar that I ordered the 2017 Alpine Calendar this year. It is a serious disappointment. I can go to each day's activity and complete the activity, but when is click on "Return to Scene" the program does not take me back. I have to re-download. Then, when I open on the village scene, nothing that I have done shows up. “Jacquie Lawson eCards are pretty but boring so pretty...”

I seem to be the only one out there that finds the Jacquie Lawson cards way too boring. Cliche with a capital C. The first few times I "watched" one of her ecards, honestly, I was in awe because of the artwork. That was way back when she first started. Now, about 15 years later, her cards are exactly the same. “Appalling non existent communications”

They charged be for ten advent calendars when I only ordered three. One calendar being for myself which I did not receive. Twice contacted them to no avail. Similar problems last year where once again I was over charged AND I never had communication from them. Their cards and advent calendars are very good. “Advent Calendar Order Problems”

For several years I have ordered and enjoyed the annual Jacquie Lawson Advent calendars and shared them with others. This year I can indicate how many calendars I would like but when I go to place my orders, I ended up in an endless loop of the login page regardless of which of many web browsers I've tried . “They sent card wrong day. ”

I chose a birthday card to be delivered on the recipient's birthday one month later. Then they sent it immediately. When I asked them to apology him, they refused and sent the following sentences. “It's like having a touch of England in my own backyard!”

I love the fact that the cottage, which is featured in many of Jacquie Lawson's e-cards, is real. “They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN...”

They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN after I complained last year and received the reply "you must have ticked the 'automatically renew membership' button". WELL I DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!!! Go on their website and there is no way to untick it, in fact I can't even find it. I have '1 year's membership' ticked. Like others have said, send them a message and they don't get back. “don't waste money”

This was my 1st ecard company several years ago. They don't have an email address for you to contact them with problems nor do they have a phone #. I tried writing the company a letter asking someone to call me. Nothing! They still draft my credit card account with out my authorization. They have a very antiquated software system . Previously I have had little problems but this year despite being told cards had been sent(8 hours after actually requested) most of the recipients I questioned hadn't received them. I have had a jacquie Lawson calendar for the last 2 years and had no problems opening it, so pleased with its content but not this year I can't open this years calendar so disappointing I have sent some to my friends and family as well, mine was free because I registered but you still expect it to work if my family can't open theirs I have wasted £13.00 I have just renewed my membership but wont be doing it again next year. I love the ease with which I can send an attractive note or greeting to as many people as I like. A bargain at $12/year! The art and animation get better and better. I like the "make a bouquet" card, wishing the stems weren't so spatially-oriented that the bouquet is limited, and the new "pick a soup recipe" card. I love the Jacquie Lawson Advent Calendars and look forward to getting my edition every year, but I was a bit disappointed with this year"s edition. There are not as many games as in previous years - no Matching Pairs or J. Lawson paintings for the jigsaws. “HORRIBLE SERVICE; Terrible company that takes your money!”

I've been using this company for 8 years. All of a sudden my account is all screwed up. I've paid twice in the last 5 months and now they want payment again; worse they lost all of my 340 addresses - and can't find them.
