We rented our property via Volcano, they breached their own contract, acted illegally as proven by a lawyer and held money against guidelines. When we questioned the validity of the contract, they act bias (illegally) towards us and in favour of the other party, refused to give us their details for the law suit even though they stated if we got a letter from the lawyer they would do so. They have never transferred us the deposit even though the staff stated it was being sent over and their OWN contract states that's what they are to do.

These people have no principles or ethics about how they do business nor can you trust what they say, as they either don't follow through or just ignore the issue.

We are now in the process of structuring our case against the tenants and a criminal case against them as proven by our lawyer.

So for us to do this just to get what their contract entitles us to, think what they MAY do before you entertain using them.

I did a long term rental with volcano estates and have found them to be HONEST no rip off charges and Good communication.

I would use this agent again and highly recommend to others.
