As this was my first time using your service, I was advised to take out the Gold Service. My paperwork advised me to call on my return after passport control and then after picking up my luggage. On my first call I get the feeling that the operator was confused why I had done this and advised I should call after picking up my luggage. So, I did this and when we arrived at the pick-up point, we had to wait for about 10 mins for the Car to be delivered. Ordinarily that would not be a problem but after a long flight I perhasp would have expected my Vehicle to already be there.

I used VIP for the first time at the end of September 2022. I found the quality of their communication to be of a very high standard throughout. Sadly, this is not the case with competitors that I have used previously where it has been a bit of a bun fight at the airport. VIP's service really starts at 5.30 am unless you pay a little more for an earlier meeting. With a check in at 6.00 am I thought I was cutting it a bit close but despite me waiting an a very quiet car park at Heathrow T3 their man turned up on time and he quickly took the car away. On my return 9 days later There were significant problems at Heathrow, non of which VIP had any power over. (Heathrow had lost my luggage for the second year in a row and a gas leak near T3 car park had caused a huge traffic jam) Nevertheless by a series of phone calls and text messages VIP kept me in the picture and gave me progress updates all the way up to delivering my car to me. VIP made me feel like a valued customer.

Staff were good on departure and arrival… punctual and kept communicating with us until meeting

Have not used VIP for a few years but everything worked like clockwork from drop off to the car waiting for us on our return with friendly staff members. Would recommend.

We have used meet & greet services at many UK airports previously. This was the first time using VIP Heathrow. Very easy to book. Comprehensive instructions, demonstrated how thorough the whole process was and gave us confidence. Everything went very smoothly on both departure and return dates. It was so easy and the TOPS for convenience. We will definitely use this service again.

a) Were you satisfied with the VIP parking experience on the day of departure? Yes Any comments: I found it hard to understand the accent of the call operator when phoning mid-journey. I did not want to drive directly to terminal 5 as suggested by the handler but wished to stick to the arrangement made about Crowne Plaza hotel. Most people do not like travel plans to be altered mid journey. b) Were you satisfied with the VIP parking experience upon day of return? Yes Any comments: The driver was well informed about flight details and phoned me before I had chance to phone him. Very courteous and kept us informed about progress. c) Would you use VIP again? Yes Any comments: My dash camera reassured me that my car had been driven with respect. I was unsure about the distances travelled but happy that the parking was secure. d) How could we improve? Make sure that all call handlers can be easily understood. e) Which other Heathrow meet & greet companies do you use? None so far.

A most reliable company, I have been using them for several years and they take good care of me and my car. On the most recent journey (in April 16) they monitored my return flight options and picked up some key changes to the timing and were able to reschedule accordingly, with no fuss. I use VIP about 10-12 times per year and in most cases the drop off/pick ups are all completed within 1-3 minutes which really helps take the stress out of the journey.

This was the first time we used this service at Heathrow Terminal 3. Previously we had used this company at Terminal 5. All the arrangements went well. The driver was waiting for us on arrival, and returned the car promptly on our return. Good service. The onlyhitch was that the directions to the drop off point could be a little clearer with respect to the signs to look out for.

I have always found VIP punctual,efficient and professional. Their drivers are always friendly and polite. Their service is easy to book and their prices are very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
