Ordered tickets from lunatic for Slamdunk festival in Leeds. My money was taken in February yet I still have no tickets! It is now only 2 1/2 weeks till concert and still tickets have not been distributed. Have sent e- mails and have had no reply. Spent today trying to get through on contact tel. number but no one in all day!

Payed on card so I know I'll get my money back , but actually wanted to go to the gig! Friend ordered tickets with alternative provider and got there tickets ages ago.

Take advice- buy elsewhere.

I did a Google search for Leeds Tickets and the lunatickets link came up. I'd never heard of lunatickets so I was a little dubious, especially with all the ticket scams that happened a year ago. I soon discovered that lunatickets is owned by Futuresound Music, a company who own the Leeds Cockpit and the record label Dance To The Radio. I know they also put gigs all over the country, so with this I was filled with confidence and decided to use the site to get my Leeds Festival tickets. I got my tickets early, my postal and booking fee cost were less than other sites. Since then I've used lunatickets again and again because of the good service, easy to use website and their booking fee / postage costs are considerably less than other ticket websites. It's also reassuring that when ordering you're dealing directly with the event promoter/venue and not a third party.

I had already heard good things about Lunatickets, a small agency mainly concerned with gigs in Leeds and at The Cockpit especially, but was pleasently surprised when I had a problem, especially as it was of my own making. Even though the online ordering service was very simple I somehow ended up buying tickets to the wrong concert. The DSRs do not apply to concert tickets & so I felt sure that I'd lost my money. Imagine my surprise when LT immediately offered to refund the face value of my tickets - true, I still pay for the booking fee but that only seems fair, in my opinion.

So, I can't sing their praises highly enough & would recommend this ticket agency unreservedly.
