National Express East Anglia Rail

I was hardly surprised that when I came to leave this review, someone had already beaten me to it.

It is literally a different problem every week with this service and it does get beyond a joke.

Worst case to date was a couple of weeks back, the train came to a stop no more than 200m before my stop and remained stationary for 3 hours due to "signal failure"!

Eventually the geniuses at greater anglia decided to move all the trains back to the previous stations so passengers could exit the trains. We were told there would be a bus replacement service in effect when we got there... Not so much as a tumble weed was in sight and after yet another 20 mins of waiting I hailed a cab and paid even more money to get home!

As I'm writing this review I'm on a train that was delayed by 20 minutes and is being diverted so I'm going to be late for work despite leaving earlier in anticipation of a bad service.

In summary this service is, to put it politely, less than ideal and a little part of me dies everytime I touch my oyster down at either end.

In the UK - one of the worst rail service is EASTER/GREATER ANGLIA.

Every 3 days once train will be delayed, or cancelled or signal problem or service problem some reason.

To avoid this service , i changed my house from ilford to statford to catch Tube
