The Snugpack Softie Chrysalis Autumn Is An Excelle
The Snugpack softie chrysalis autumn is an excellent sleeping bag for autumn and winter. I have used this for camping, backpacking and as a biffy on a dry summer night. Very comfy and very warm, a good zip, useful baffle and a good pack. Also had some water explode when I had a mountain fall recently and it managed to repel a great amount of the water.
I have had 2 other more expensive supposed 3/4 season bags which haven't kept me as warm whilst up on the mountains. the comfort and low temp ratings seem pretty accurate.
The only downside with this bag is the weight of the bag at 1.4kg, at £65 you WILL not find a better bag for autumn and winter.
