“Lack of process”

There was a lack of process from start to finish, making a simple, single UK payment overly complex. 1. There was no client onboarding whatsoever, nothing was explained and as a consequence 5 employees (all agreeable to a fault), were involved in a protracted and stress-inducing 3-day engagement. Confusion on both sides meant a simple payment was nearly missed. 2. An automated Referral Program email, to which I did not knowingly subscribe added insult to injury. “wasting time”

I am a self-employed Spanish worker and they asked me for a lot of papers as justifications. After wasting time looking for them, I send them to them and they do not answer me. Poor customer service. It is preferable to work with other companies in the sector or directly with your bank, although you have to pay more commissions. At least they do not waste your time. … Read Full Review

“They don't answer the phone or return calls”

I have used TM on two occasions after we got through a few account set up hiccups and there was a FX benefit. However in 2015 I havd tried to use their service and for the last two weeks they have neither answered their phone or returned calls after leaving messages on their website. So I wasn't able to use their service for a third tfr. Neither have they activated my ability to use the website which should occur after 2 transactions. They are MIA… Read Full Review
