I bought a (.org) domain from Tagadab four years back. Their domain registration, management and control-panel is very crude.

I've had various issues:

* Difficulty withholding personal details from WHOIS

* Automatic renewal failure (resulted in downtime, and worry that I may have lost the domain name)

* Republishing of personal details in WHOIS upon domain renewal (previously private)

* Difficulty getting WHOIS amends

The plus side is that staff are always courteous and helpful. Editing DNS records isn't as obtuse as other services. Reasonable pricing on domains.

The multitude of problems I've had, along with the length of time to reach a satisfactory resolution on some matters (met with inadequate apology), leads me to suggest that people avoid Tagadab for domain registration.

Before I start; I'd like to state that I switched to Tagadab after over 7 years with my old hosting company because, without any exaggeration, the speed of their servers is completely unparalleled by any other hosting company I have come across (and trust me, I've looked). If you're looking for top quality servers, cutting edge load speeds and amazing support, you're on the right path.

Now, I'm not sure if Tagadab is so great because It's so seemingly unsaturated (I really hope not) because I haven't really seen it advertised much anywhere - I first found Tagadab after visiting a few favourite sites of mine and going on whoishostingthis.com to see who they were using for hosting. I started doing this for a while with any sites that were quick to load for me and Tagadab's name showed up more and more among the quicker-loading sites, so naturally, I checked them out.

One of the first things I loved about Tagadab is they let you try, before you commit (which is rare to find these days as most companies can't live up to their marketing claims). When I first signed up they offered a 7 day trial (I believe they still do, here; tagadab.com/promotions) and needless to say, I was hooked before the trial was up. After over 7 years with my previous hosting company, I spent 4 of the 7 day trial transferring over my sites from my old host and signed up with a full year of Tagadab - Why? Speed - My load times were non-existent.

TL;DR

After nearly a year with Tagadab I couldn't be happier with the service, and I plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

I would highly recommend Tagadab. Their customer service and willingness to help has helped me to deliver my business more efficiently. Being a novice in the web business, the support that I have received from Tim has been immeasurable. He has a great way of making you feel comfortable and is patient and he goes that extra mile. The support that I have received from Tagadab has been fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Tagadab have the best support of any web hosting company we have ever used. We have been with them for 6 or so years now and never encountered a problem with them.

The packages they have to offer is perfect for a ecommerce company like our selves and having that level of support is priceless.

Ive been with Tagadab for around 12 months on a dedicated server

I, unfortunately, came under attack from overseas spammers who targeted vulnerabilities in a few of my websites (out-dated code).

This left me with a major headache, needing me to update a number of my websites code base and those of some of my clients.

As a small business this proved to be somewhat of a challenge.

I needed to switch server and set up two new servers so that i could isolate my clients 'mission critical' sites from my other 'not so important' sites.

Tagadab offered me phenomenal support throughout this transition. My clients experienced zero downtime, no loss of business emails, and in all reality, they didnt experience the nightmare i was having throughout all this. They helped through all the technical issues and made the transition to the new servers really smooth.

I chose VPS Tagadab for our 3 businesses, first for their price- I am hosting 2 prestashop and 1 magento. I moved to Tagadab from WPE engine and bought their premium VPS service.

My site speed is as fast I could ever ask for and their customer service is second to none.

If you are looking for top notch hosting I would suggest that use these guys.

They have accommodated all of our requirements with incredible speed, I am extremely impressed with how much we get for the money. We have total confidence in them at a customer service level and their ability to accommodate any of our future IT needs. We moved all our hosted services from a shared hosting provider to a dedicated server with Tagadab early this year and have been delighted with the results. The server has had 100% up-time and has improved the quality of our service to our customers due to the speed and reliability of the server (We have a lot of hosted video content).

One of my main worries about moving to a dedicated server was that I feared I wouldn't get the same level of support... I couldn't have been more wrong!
