Great long stay parking

Always lots of spaces. Very good competitive prices (usually with a fab discount offer). Personally we like to park in Zone C, and walk to airport doors, 5 minutes max!! See you again soon 100%

What I loved at this hotel is the art deco decor in the rooms, beautiful furniture! The service was also very good and the bar meal I had good enough.

OK, but not brilliant

Booked airport parking with hotel at the end of our holiday. Booking process and cost were good, but oh dear, the hotel left a lot to be desired. Raddison Red, Heathrow. We tried four rooms until we had one with air con that actually worked. We were not told about buying breakfast the day before at a reduced rate, so we ended up at a local cafe for a full English, which the executive tax drivers used. Carpet in corridors was woefully threadbare. But to be fair, the bed was comfy and very clean. Bathroom very dated and could have done with a deep clean. TV menu and guide did not work, but we didn't need it, so didn't bother reporting it. Car parking was fine though. Think I would prefer to pay a little more for a better hotel in future.

Airport parking Cardiff

All easy to book and leave car as well as pick up. But expensive and needs clarity as to how to get to car park without incurring a charge for driving through airport. Can easily be done but they need to advise customers on the entrance they need to use to enter the car park.

Smooth and quick parking and collection on return. No hold ups. Easy to book and easy to contact on arrival back in Gatwick.

Booked by parking at Gatwick at the PurpleParking site and during process entered registration and vehicle details. Arrived at 4am for 6am flight to be told by reception that as my vehicle was a small van there would be a surcharge due to there recent changes introduced. Was told I would have to pay an additional 100 GBP or park elsewhere. The receptionist said straight away you " you booked via Holiday Tips didnt you " we have several arrivals each week where this happens. I dont recall any warning being given on the website when booking and only found a mention of commercial vehicles surcharges on the documents printed after having booked when I read them on the aircraft travelling

Great service…but…

Guys. You offer a good service. The app platform is good. However, you need to work on the chat option. The team are unhelpful and are quick to fob you off with info that isn’t correct. Had to persist to get the correct 0333 number to speak to an agent. Reason: needed to bring forward M&G collection date. Chat team were clueless and very poor. Chap I eventually spoke to on the 0333 number was a breath of fresh air in comparison. Needs work.
