Benross Pure Red Series Putter

I tried a Benross Valhalla Putter at my local shop and thought it was really good so I ordered one from Amazon. When it arrived I found that the quoted "Groove and Face Insert Technology" appeared to be out of line with the centre of the face. I sent it back and the second one that arrived had a similar fault. I contacted Benross and they were of the opinion that it must be a manufacturing fault.

To be honest they didn't appear to be that interested and said if they found one which was okay they would send it to me.

I haven't heard from them so they either forgot or are still looking.

If you are buying one of these putters make sure the face is okay.
