“Bat Hotel”

I have stayed in this hotel from 3 to 6 august 2014 in double room, and here are my comments: 1. The room carpet was not clean. 2. The safety box was closed and the hotel staff opened it after 7 hours from our complaining (he reception response very slow). 3. The room arrangement is very poor for example: the TV is located in front of the mirror; there is no table or side table and sofas. Only 2 beds. 4. The TV signal is very bad. 5. The toilet was not clean. 6. The napkins were very old and rickety. 7. The food quality doesn’t comply with 5 stars hotels. Я останавливался в этом отеле с 3 по 6 августа 2014 в двухместном номере, и вот мои комментарии: 1 комната ковер не был чист. 2 сейф был закрыт, и персонал отеля открыл ее после 7 часов с нашей жалобой (он ответ прием очень медленно). 3 Расположение номера очень плохое например: телевизор находится в перед зеркалом; нет таблицы или столик и диваны. Только 2 кровати. 4 Сигнал ТВ очень плохо. 5 Туалет не был чистым. 6 Салфетки были очень старыми и хрупкими. 7 Качество еды не соответствует 5-звездочные отели.
