They were not able to provide me with an unlock code through the automated system. But as soon as contacted, I was connected to a live tech support specialist who unlocked my phone quickly and with minimal effort on my part. I purchased a used Galaxy phone only to find that it was locked into AT&T network and I use Verizon. After many-many attempts to get the seller and/or AT&T to unlock the phone all I had been told was it couldn't be done (don't need to detail their reasoning). With some searching I discovered cellunlocker and was amazed that their sales pitch was " if we can't unlock your phone we don't charge you ". I placed my order online and two days later they sent me the code to unlock my phone. Simple as could be ... entered the code and my phone was no longer locked into AT&T. It was simple and economical and it worked!

I Had 2 Samsung phones sim locked to AT&T. For just over $40 bucks and in Less than 3 hours I was inputting the two codes explained perfectly by the attached instructions on which code was needed. In 2 minutes both phones were unlocked and working perfectly for both phone and text and everything else. No extra costs or attempted “add-ons” ! I recommend Cellunlocker to anyone who wants a job done and done quickly as they advised me it could be <24 hours and it took them 3 ! Well worth $40 bucks considering T-Mobile had no free phone offers for me and I needed phones but they were locked. As advertised they got it done ! I bought an iphone 12 promax from dubai, when I returned to my country, I found out that they sold me a lock phone. I didn't know what to do and found cellunlocker.net in the search. Disclaimer - I read and agreed to their service terms. However, after waiting 10 days to receive the code which I paid for and it was still pending, I reached out. Don't bother calling because it's just automated you can't speak to an actual person - just keeps referring you to their online chat or email. So I reached out through their online chat and once connected was only referred to re-reading their terms of service agreement that I agreed to. Ok...well how long are you expecting someone to wait to obtain the service that was paid for - again referred to re-reading their terms of service agreement. Oh and they also charge a separate convenience fee for your purchase. I don't recall seeing that anywhere but if it was, my bad. Not providing review for the convenience fee - terrible customer service and failing to provide the service within a timely manner. Nobody's going to wait 10 days plus to get a code to unlock a phone to be told, you have to wait longer because it's still processing.

I had no idea this service existed. These guys were so good they had my Note 10 + unlocked in under 5 minutes! They are the real deal. I highly recommend them, very little computer knowledge is needed and they are friendly and most importantly fast! Frp lock is no longer a frustrating experience! Check them out!

I purchased an unlocking from CellUnlocker.net and found that I have to install AnyDesk in order to have the phone unlocked -- via a remote USB method. While this is a little concerning in itself, it is also a little difficult to arrange. My availability changes day to day, and while they suggest their availability is Monday - Friday 11am - 6pm EST and the website suggests they have 24/7 live support, I have not had a response to my email in three days and I am not getting any response to the tawk.to live chat. The sales chat person could not help with this issue or let me know when a technician would be available. I am concerned at this point that I may not get the phone unlocked. The order is over 30 days old now -- I did not realize I had to provide access to my computer through AnyDesk and the email with instructions went into my spam folder. Hoping to get this phone unlocked; I will update this review with more information once the process is completed.

I contracted Cellunlocker.net to provide me with an unlock code for my AT&T Samsung Note 9 phone, I went through a few reviews before using the Cellunlocker.net company. On YouTube, there was a video showing how this company was #1 for unlocking phones so I gave them my business by purchasing an unlock code for my Samsung Note 9, currently on the AT&T network. When I received my unlock code, I followed the step by step instructions provided to me to the tee and watched the video provided to me via a link in the same email. After carefully going through their step by step instructions on how to unlock my carrier services from AT&T, automatically my phone rebooted and restarted and showed up as TMOBILE, then did a TMBOBILE service update to the TMOBILE network. Since Cellunlocker.net is in a different time zone than me, I waited until this afternoon 08/12/2020 to contact them around 1-2 clock pm EST to contact the company cellunclocker.net to have this company explain why my phone all of a sudden was placed on the TMOBILE network. I have not had any service with TMOBILE, my network is AT&T. The Cellunlocker.ner rep I spoke with in a chat at cellunlocker.net website stated I should call TMOBILE to get this company to unlock my phone now, and that I did do with hesitation ( knowing that TMOBILE couldn't do anything since they know nothing of me with no account and no phone number) did what I was instructed to do. I was transferred 6 times with TMOBILE to several reps trying to figure out how in any way they could be of any assistance, trying to find the rep who could help me, when of the reps i spoke with all stated that they could not help me because I never signed up with TMOBILE and I never purchased any phone or service from them. Cellunlocker.net was, in fact, the responsible party in all of this because their company is the one who provided me with the unlock code which caused the problem in the first place.I was told by the Cellunlocker.net rep they can do nothing and cannot even honor their money-back guarantee which is now false advertisement. This company is wanting others to join in stating TMOBILE is the blame, how can you ask that of a customer !!!! The Cellunlocker.net rep told me to sue TMOBILE? Why, what nonsense is that TMOBILE is not the company at fault, Cellunlocker is at fault for providing me with a faulty code that led to my phone network being broke, which now my phone is unusable and now I cannot go to any carrier. I was told by the Cellunlocker.net rep they can do nothing and cannot even honor their money-back guarantee that is clearly posted on their website which is now false advertisement. Is this company that hard up for $19.99 when it is their fault? Then you want me to call another company who has nothing to do with this? This company is wanting others to join in !!!! When I asked for a refund after explaining this horrible situation to the chat rep, I was told no, that I should ask TMOBILE for help or sue them for now for not helping me because it is TMOBILE's fault, NO! what kind of customer service is that? I did NOT hire TMOBILE to unlock my phone, I hired, paid for and used Cellunlocker.net services, so this is the Cellunlocker.net company that is at fault here and needs to either provide me with seamless customer support and completely unlock the entire network. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with any online company hands down. I have ALL THE CHAT RECORDS saved !!! You better believe it!

Sent in my phone info and IMEI to cellunlocker.net on June 3, 2020. Received an update a couple of days later saying that they were still working on it. That's the last I heard from them. I have sent numerous emails and called their 800# (a joke) but it is now June 23 and I've had no further response. Not recommended!

Ordered 27 December. when asked about an update on Jan 17 told will give an update on Wednesday. When contacted again on Jan 24 through email and talked about a refund since its been 28 days since my purchase they just started avoiding no reply since. even live chat stopped talking when I gave them order id.

They failed to unlock my Samsung phone. Yes, they successfully deducted the money, sent me an email stating I would be refunded, yet nothing - ZERO refund.

same problem . Dec 27 ordered unlock contacted Jan 17 told will give update by wednesday. when contacted Jan 24. they just started avoiding my email and no response when asked about refund since its more than 15 business days what they advertised.
