hi just talked to an advisor regards renewing my broad band contract and all I can say after waiting for ages to get through and even with them having my account details in front of them they could not confirm I could get the new package could not ( appear ) to do it over the phone and simple questions were left un-answered I will no longer ring for advice as in my opinion its a waste of time and even though I renewed my contract I WILL have a rethink next time and lets hope I get no problems or I will terminate it asap
