I spent about 3 months evaluating different HD solutions. A rep from WHD called regularly to guide me through many of my questions. Clearly, out for a purchase but helped become more competent where other solutions didn't provide that contact. Happy with the purchase, happy with support, who were often proactive and kept nudging me to see if I'd made any progress with my setup issues (which turned out to be our own doing!). Would like to see a few tweaks in the UI, including adjusting column widths and column order.
Would recommend this.
