After well over a year of wasted time asking about my repair status, and being told that it would be fixed "soon", now I keep getting the same canned "Thank you for your patience, we'll look into the matter" kind of response. No answers to my specific questions for months now. Good luck if you ever have a problem with these guys...

I ordered Brainwavz M4 earphones on November 9th, 2012 with FedEx Priority (1 - 5 days) shipping. But never received after 2 week, so I ask to cancel this order via their web contact form on 23 November. Never got a response.

Their web site don't even have a contact phone or email, nor the choice to revise/cancel the order. so it seems that's the only way to communicate with them regarding the order.

When I planned to file a dispute with them via Paypal, I find their email address as [email protected], so I give them another chance and email to that address for cancelling my order. But no reply again.

So I have no other choice but have to file the dispute via Paypal on the LAST DAY within the 45 days period and to claim my money back.

Conclution:

-- No customer service !

-- No reply to customer inquires via their web site or email.

-- with FedEx Priority, Not even shipping information,even after 45 days of original order.

I had to wait almost 2 months before the sflo2 was in stock, then when they had it they took time to send it out, which is ok, i understand they had a lot of orders. Was it worth the wait, yes, it's certainly the best music player i have ever had its not perfect but the audio make up for it.

Absolutely the worst seller I have seen. We ordered a pmp on 9th of December 2009 and although we paid for an express delievery, we received the package on the 2nd of February. Even then when we got it it was broken and have of the accessories weren't included. We asked for a replacement filed an official claim as we were instructed but they told us to wait for HKP to decide whether they are going to refund. The offer a 100 USD insurance even for standard delivery in their site but obviously it is only words. It the end of May 2010 and still waiting.

Order PL50, got it after 10 days. Happy.

There are things to be liked about the site and other things not to. With buying anything off the home shore you have to be patient, i buy off ebay a lot from other hongky sellers and the normally time is about 7 days to 2 weeks. Theirs arrives in 15 days, not blaming them, i got tracking the next day after purchase.

Just a thought to you all who are looking to order from here or any place abroad, it does take time to arrive.

I was expecting bad to no customer service, but all my questions were answered within a day, so i have no real complaints.

REALLLY bad customer service. The worst I've ever experienced. Product arrived almost 2 weeks later than promised (missed Christmas), and when it DID arrive, it did not match the description on the store web-site. I tried to get some help from "customer support", but was essentially told, "sorry, we can't help you." Communication is horrendous. MP4 Nation is now dragging their feet on clarifying return information so I can get refunded.

There are many other sources for quality, low priced media players. Please do yourself a huge favor, and shop somewhere else!

Arrived in a timely manner even with RM on strike. 10 days to arrive from when shipped all the way from Hong Kong.

Their service was good, i have no complaints about any aspect, i did contact them once and they replied the next day to me.

I've waited for 3 months now and I've yet to receive my order from MP$ nation. Customer service has been terrible, slow email template replies. Was told tracking of lost parcel will take 3 - 6 weeks, and a refund will be provided after the wait; but that has not happened.

I ordered an item in March 2009 from MP4 Nation, requested and paid for express shipping, and it took a month to receive the item. Not acceptable, but I would be willing to let it go since it was coming from Hong Kong.

However, the item was not functional when received! So I contacted customer service and was instructed to send the item back at my expense for repair or replacement. I did as instructed, and here it is July 2009 and no repaired or replacement item has arrived. I contact customer service again and was basically told that I am out of luck, because they aren't responsible for items lost in the mail.

So let me get this straight, I send you money, you send me broken junk, I spend MORE money to send it back, and you "never receive it" and thus have no intention of fulfilling the order as agreed upon when I placed the order.
