I bought and paid for a hair dryer a week ago. The website says goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours. I paid extra for 1st class post. Hairdryer still not dispatched, customer service non existent. Phone calls and emails not answered. You can buy Parlux from lots of outlets, I wouldn't use this one again.

Quick to deliver the hairdryer I purchased and although l changed my mind and returned my purchase I was quickly refunded. There was a minor issue where i couldn’t find my email confirmation which was emailed again after contracting them and speaking to a helpful guy. Overall would definitely recommend for the cheap prices and customer service and would gladly purchase from again.

The item I ordered arrived on time. It Works well and is very easy to use. The price was the lowest I could find.

I desperately needed a new pair of Jaguar Scissors, but couldn't justify buying a pair while my old scissors were just about hanging on. I found salon easy and they were over 20 pounds cheaper than other stores so I took the plunge and ordered. They arrived the next day which was absolutely fantastic service so I can now get back to cutting hair without worrying about the hair crimping!

Very slow with sending a item then , slow to refund after ther mistake

I ordered a parlux hair dryer over 2 weeks ago. I have had an e-mail confirmation but no sign of the delivery. I have emailed and filled in forms numerous times but no response. I have tried the number on their website but it just rings off. I resorted to asking for a response on their Facebook site but they have not responded, although they have deleted my comments!!

Unsure what to do now as no way to contact them- maybe legal action. Incredibly poor customer service!

I treated myself to a new hairdryer and another bottle of uniq one (amazing product and would recommend it to any girls that want great hair). I searched around for a while to find the best prices and couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. I was made up when they arrived the next day as my hair has looked horrendous since my last dryer blew up on me as I was getting ready for work, ahhh! I've recommended uniq one to every girl I know, it's definitely my secret weapon to keep my hair looking amazing.
