Horrible company. I purchased 3 tickets to The Womans world cup to be delivered by email. I received my confirmation email saying they had authorized my credit card and that I could expect my tickets in a few days. 1 week past and I still had no tickets. I called customer service to inquire. I was informed that they can only send tickets to a Shaw, Telus or a work email, so my hotmail email was not an accepted email format and that they had since given away my tickets. I asked why I wasn't notified of this sooner as the game was now only 2 days away and i could have given them a different email, had I known. It turns out my auto-fill gave them my old phone number, and since they were unable to contact me by phone, they cancelled my order. THEY HAD MY CORRECT EMAIL! They had already emailed me once, why were they not able to email me to tell me this? No where on the website does it state they only accept certain email addresses and at no point was I ever told this in the email confirmation they sent me. They just cancelled my order and never let me know. Now it is 2 days till the game and there are no more tickets in our price range available. Guy on the phone tells me he can sell me 3 new tickets at double the price if I am interested....SERIOUSLY?? I want the tickets I had purchased in the first place! Shady at best. All they had to do was email me to let me know there was an issue with the order, OR be up front about what emails are accepted and which are not! I Could have given them a different email to start with and all would be well.

There is nothing about Show Tme Tickets that I can recommend. Approximately three weeks before the event My husband innocently ordered tickets on line and was told that the ticket price for four tickets was a certain amount. (As it turned out this was twice the ticket price). He did not check other venues assuming this was an honourable company. The four tickets to John Hiatt in Vancouver should have totalled $214. Instead our Visa was charged over $533.00

When I realized this I immediately phoned the company asking that they remedy the situation. The person I spoke to said - oh they did not deal in ticket price, but only market price. Well they lied again as show was not sold out and ticket price was still the same - were still being sold day of. He promised he would have his manager contact me before the end of the day. That was over a week ago. Since then I have sent three emails and still no response.

They are not even organized as they originally sent tickets to a different event and fortunately we caught that. Then in order to correct their mistake they had the correct tickets couriered at our expense.

This company should be shut down by authorities immediately and I will take whatever steps I can take to help make that happen.

This company is the biggest thieves of them all. Totally crooked operation that should have their licence in Canada removed. For some strange reason the media gives this guy positive press year after year as they are blind to the fact the guy is a chump. Please people of Vancouver do not support Showtime Ticket Brokers and owner Mario Livich. Do not pay his prices and do not go to the show you wanted to go to. Sooner or later if you quit supporting this crooked operation they will go under. The economy is helping out but not fast enough. Do not ever buy from this company ever again.

Owner is unfriendly, rude, and intransigent. Further, they provide horrible follow-up (unless you're willing to cough up a fortune). I was asked to state how much I wanted to spend, and because it wasn't enough for him (the price I was willing to pay was commensurate with other ticketing companies for similar seats) he decided not to put any effort into getting me a ticket. When I returned the following day to find out about the ticket options, I was told the market was now dictating a much higher price (despite his promise to find a seat for my price the day before). Ultimately, he sold me a ticket for a higher price than I wanted to spend but told me the ticket was an excellent seat. That was an outright lie! He was completely dishonest about value and location of seat - probably the worst seat I've ever sat in and way over-priced. The negative reviews are quite consistent with my awful encounter and I would encourage anyone who reads this to spend their money elsewhere. I described my negative experience to the hotel that referred me and I was told they've received similar complaints and that it's clearly a racket and a monopoly.

Absolutely disgraceful how can a company get away with such despicable behavior. Tickets were more than double the cost of tickets of which there were plenty available at the box office with no fees. Please do not use this company or any like use reputable sources booking direct with companies is always best if you can.

My father bought tickets for the cirque du soleil Totem and had to pay more than double the asking price of the actual company which is in my opinion totally rediculous.He tought they were giving an honest price and decided to buy them on this site, only to find out when he received the tickets at home that he had 60$ value tickets when he paid 135$ for them on top of the fact that he is going with a child who should be paying 42$ and he is paying 135$ for that ticket also. For that price, he could have had much better places. And of course, tickets are non refundable or cannot be exchanged. For people who don't know how these things work very well, they are getting totally screwed over. On top of all that, we found tickets on another site with the real prices and now we cannot even sell the tickets we bought because we will have to give 20% of the money back to this company and I think we have given them more than enough. For sure, it will be the complete last time we buy from this company and I think other people should do the same.

I got upgraded to a suite to see the women's ice hockey game! They rock.

ShowTimeTickets has tons of selection. Too bad everything is always sold out so you have to go to resellers.

There are plenty of good, reliable online ticket agencies out there. Unfortunately, Showtimetickets.com is not one of them. Deal only with ones you know to be reputable.
