Ordered item close to 4 weeks ago. No product and no response to 3 emails. Now escalated to a claim with paypal

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a product as a gift,which they took payment from my account for but it NEVER came, I emailed them constantly, but never received a reply for weeks. The phone number also doesn't work. Eventually after threatening them with legal action someone replied to my email (most likely a fake name) she was absolutely unhelpful & told me they wouldn't offer me any compensation but would re-send. They NEVER re-sent the purchase!!!! Four weeks after originally ordering it I am back to constantly emailing them for updates, but again no replies! Eventually i demanded a refund and my product to be sent or I would take legal action. They never responded to me but issued a refund. Still have no product and no idea if I ever will.DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ordered a few products and paid with paypal. when the items did not arrive after two weeks, i emailed them but they never replied so i opened a claim and dispute with paypal. hopefully i will get my money back. avoid this seller, there are sooooooooo many reliable sellers out there, why bother with these guys?

order not delivred after eight weeks. no reply from so called customer services. will never order from this site again.

Still waiting for part of my order which I placed over a month ago. After sending numerous emails and trying to contact the company via telephone I am yet to receive a response. This is completely unacceptable and the worst experience I have ever had with shopping online. Purchase with extreme caution!!!! I am so annoyed and cross with the amount of money and time lost with this company! I didn't even want to give 1 star however was unable to proceed without!!!

I would like to express my disappointment and anger at my whole experience with Hastings Crystal.

I placed an online order but received no item or update on my order for over two weeks until

I tried to make contact. I had multiple issues contacting the store receiving no response to my messages, until finally getting through via Facebook. I wonder if I didn't have Facebook, would I have ever received any contact or update? After chasing, I received an item that was different to the one I bought. Again after going through official channels of contacting the website multiple times for a returns code/ address as required by the store, with no reply, I again took to Facebook. I finally received a returns code and returned the item the same day. Three weeks went by with no refund, so I again contacted Hastings Crystal via Facebook, where they denied receiving the item and I am left without a refund.

This 61 day ordeal has caused my mother a lot of distress and I am very unhappy with the service we have received. I would never use this company again, and would urge others to avoid.

I ordered a wedding ring cushion and the site days 14 days delivery. When it didn't arrive I tried e-mailing the Company. On the 3rd email I received a reply from the Sales Director assuring me the item would be sent with next day delivery. Again, it didn't arrive and I have had no response to any of my e-mails since. I did find a telephone number for them and tried calling on numerous occassions but just get an answer machine message saying no-one is availabe to take the call and to leave a name and number. Again, no-one ever calls back. I have now placed this in the Paypal resolution centre and as yet, they haven't responded to this either. Avoid this site at all costs.

Placed an order on 27th June for goods to be used in a very special family event at the end of August. We had previously had a good experience with Hastings Crystal however, this time, the goods were only marked as dispatched on 7th August......yet we have never received them!

Despite repeated attempts to contact the vendor, the only option available on the website is via email, we have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement of our mails and there is no other way provided to contact them.

I will not be touching this vendor with a very long barge pole ever again and I would suggest anyone else should avoid these and look elsewhere.

Placed an order for clapboard name card holders, never received them after the 14 days stated delivery time, emailed them twice and got no reply so I opened a dispute with paypal (as this is how I paid), still had no reply from Hastings Crystal. Had an email today from paypal to say money had been refunded and my order cancelled! absolutely rubbish - no communication from them at all to say why they had taken so long and then why order was cancelled, would never recommend or use again, if I could have given no stars I would have.

Thank you so much Hastings Crystal! I have been given the best service and the delivery was super fast and I was emailed with updates! Couldn't be happier or want any more from a company I will most definitely recommend you guys to friends/family and order again in the future! thanks so much :-)
