I Also Bought The Mothercare Buggster Around April

I also bought the Mothercare Buggster around April 2008. I loved the fact it was so roomy for my son to sleep in and it was a very smooth ride. I liked the way it looked, but I too had the same problem with one side folding! My brake cable also snapped twice! I took it to Mothercare who were really good, they sent it back and repaired it for me but the same thing kept happening so I demanded a different make of pushchair! It's a shame because I did like the Buggster! They just need to improve it!!!!

I Bought This Mothercare Buggster In April 2008 Fo

I bought this Mothercare Buggster in April 2008 for my son.... Within a week I noted the brakes were stiff and as per the instructions lubricated them with WD40 but it made no difference. The internal mechanisms are plastic which means they are liable to snap. I returned my pushchair to Mothercare who insisted it was sent away - 8 weeks later (and three loan strollers!), they couldn't find MY Buggster and couldn't replace it as they were no longer stocking them due to so many being returned. I also had issues with the locking mechanisms on the buggy when unfolding but I found with using a bit of force I made sure they were locked to stop it collapsing. I also found the clips to hold the buggster folded were useless as they were awkward to put on and terrible to release.

I Bought The Mothercare Buggster Back In July 2008

I bought the Mothercare Buggster back in July 2008 as I needed something smaller, this was defo what i was looking for. I find it great with loads of storage room underneath & really nippy round the shops, i like the fact that i can push it with 1 hand with no struggle at all. I do however find the same with the pram collapsing whilst my son is in it. Luckily only 1 side seems to do this, which is the right hand side. Sometimes i just wonder if i havent locked it into place correctly.

Over all it's not a bad pram at all. I enjoy pushing it & my son seems to be quiet happy in it also.

I Also Bought The Mothercare Buggster In July 2008

I also bought the mothercare buggster in July 2008 and have experienced the same problem whereby the pushchair closes/collapses with my daughter in the car seat. Mothercare have asked me to bring it back. I am concerned I may get a similar response to yours. When mothercare said they could not find anything wrong with it, what did you do?

We Bought The Mothercare Buggster Back In June 200

We bought the Mothercare Buggster back in June 2008. The reason being it is a very roomy pushchair with plenty of storage room underneath.

After only using the pushchair 5 times at the most, it now starts to fold with our son in it as we push him along. Mothercare have returned it to their engineers, but it came back saying they could not find anything wrong with it. Hence it has been returned again. We would like to know if anybody else has had this problem?
