For the 2nd time in 6 months I have been disappointed and frustrated with 2 fairly major purchases - which Create and Craft eventually refunded. The issue I have is this..... “Shopping at it's Worst!”

Presenters hard sell, smutty crude remarks, late dispatch and deliveries, over inflated prices. Create and Craft was once a great channel to purchase various items and now it is basically all in house companies with over inflated prices. “Poor Customer Service”

A Brother Scan and Cut was only available to purchase is through a “shopping channel” in the UK. Create and Craft was the only company available through which I could purchase said item. Unfortunately, the device cutting tool is calibrated incorrectly and the blade arrived broken. Contacted Create and Craft and was told to call a tech line which ended up being in Germany. “Worst type of distance selling charlatans”

Against my wishes my wife started with Create and Craft, and now she regrets it. Unasked items sent to her and she's charged for! Any attempt to call their exorbitant 20p per minute means you have to sit through several items of listening to all your previous orders before sticking you in the queue. By the time you get through you have racked up five pounds on your telephone bill. She wanted to cancel her account and was cut off twice kids all,meaning another ten pounds of telephone bills. “Appalling Customer Service. Appalling Products. ”

I have only been dealing with this dreadful company a few months, I have found their customer service to be nothing short of totally appalling, their products in some cases to be utter rubbish, poorly made! “Is anybody else suffering from logistic problems?”

I have ordered several items on different days and have not received the products. After 10 days I have chased my order and over 24 hours later I received an e-mail advising that they have logistic problems in the warehouse. I too have had this problem, I ordered the couture Christmas dies when on a half price the other week, ii days later they still hadn't arrived, so I contact C and C and was informed there was a "logistic issue" and I could either wait a bit longer for my order or get a refund, I sent them an e mail to say I would wait as I really liked the item and it was a good price, plus in this e mail I did mention that is would have been good customer service to inform their customers of this problem. Today (01st September 2018) I received another e mail saying they have cancelled my order and are going to refund my money and they are sorry for any distress this may cause. I can only presume that they do not read the e mails properly as no where in my e mail did I state I wished for the order to be cancelled. I also asked if I was going to get my other order I placed on Sunday, they did not answer that question, so still do not know. I have sent in a official complaint his morning and asked then to send my e mail to the CEO of the company (though I do not think it will do any good as they do not seem to look after their customers) I really hope you get your orders soon. By the way have you tried "Hixxysoft, they are a little company of three people and are brilliant and the p & p is free. Do not have the same big bungles/offers that create and craft have. But the prices on dies/paper/ etc... are very good

I admin a few FB Groups, including one for dissatisfied C&C customers - you are not alone! If you use the number you must ask for a named person as asking for Customer Services transfers you to the premium rate number.

Tell, not ask, for your calls to be refunded as it was their fault you had to call them.

My husband ordered a set of dies for me as a Christmas present. Hermes claim to have delivered on Sunday, 26th November at 6:30pm, we were at home all day as my husband was unwell. “Dies don't fit”

After spending a while getting my tattered lace 'Ruffled Lace' dies, I finally got to play with them today. Well most of them anyway. The largest die in the Square set doesn't even fit through the machine. On the back of the packet it says the dies fit all machines. I have a Big Shot which is one of the most common.
