Poor Performance And Design Fault
The pin holding the extension tubes together has broken four times. SEBO after some discussion have in fairness replaced the part. Last time we spoke to Customer care, they admitted there was a design fault and the extension tubes should not be extended past the 17th notch.... We subsequently have never extended the tubes to their full extent.
Today, yup, the pin broke and the tubes cannot be extended.
SEBO suggested the tubes were damaged and we should purchase new tubes, the vacuum is two years old, there is no damage ( not should there be).
They have replaced the pin again.
The carpet cleaning head does not pick up as well as it should. We have dismantled and cleaned it as per instructions, not much better. SEBO suggestion? Buy a new head
I would buy a more robust machine next time.
