Ordered am item from the (great) gant website, which went fine. However, the 'within three business days delivery' turns out to be 'end of the third day delivery'. As with many web purchases, the courier service is very poor. There is a massive gap in the market for a courier company who wil actually do what they promise and --the killer app!-- is able to give a more specicic delivery slot (as opposed to requiring you to sit in all day). And to Gant, just be honest and say 'at least 3 days'.

I had great difficulty placing an order on the website using my iPad, indeed it was impossible to get past the 'payment' stage. On using the iMac it was achieved in 2 minutes. I am not an IT geek, but I suspect it has more to do with the technology than the GANT website. But....... maybe not. GANT may wish to consider if any other customers have had similar experiences. The website itself is easy to navigate and the search facility very supportive.

The process is straightforward, and reasonably easy. I was even able to pay using PayPal so no need to enter all my credit card details again!! The hardest part was choosing what I wanted - there seems to be so much choice that it can make it difficult to find what one wants. However, a little playing with the filters I was able to thin out the choices to a manageable number. Overall a good shopping experience. Less painful than some! I expect I'll be back for more.

Gant have an excellent, easy to browse website, detailing the products accurately. I particularly like the images, and accurate descriptions and sizing. Having sale items/discontinued lines works well, and free delivery and returns is a bonus. Have purchased several times, and always found the delivery excellent, beautifully wrapped and presented, just like it always is instore. I often struggle to find the right size instore, but can usually find online. Would thoroughly recommend! The store on Regents Street is outstanding and always welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble, including refreshments. They even lent me a phone when the batteries died on my mobile. I have never found them pushy, and happy for you to browse at your leisure.

I tried to place an order part with giftcard and part with credit card.I made a mistake on entering my credit card details so the order failed but £25 was still taken from my gift card.I phoned up yesterday and spoke to an agent who promised to ring me back but never did. I rang back today and spoke to Irene who sorted it out for me.I was not very impressed by the fault on the website that took my giftcard money even though the order did not go through.I am very unimpressed by an agent promising to ring back and failing to do so.

Very happy using the site to order a man's jacket. Very clear and straightforward from the initial search, viewing pictures (though would always like to see the products being worn/coordinated with accessories), order placement and payment process (paid via Paypal.) £5 next day delivery is very reasonable these days, though there might be scope for free next day delivery as a promotional/permanent feature. Hopefully, I won't need to use the returns or refund process so can't comment on those at this stage. All in all an excellent retail experience! Regards Lee Norfolk

Hi. I love Gant. And since Im a regular customer, I would like if Gant, as other companies, could send discount vouchers on e-mails once or twice every thrid or fourth month. That would be fantastic.

I have quite few pieces of clothing from gant. I really like the quality and fit which i find difficult to match on the high street. I do have one issue with the online purchasing process. I was given a few gift cards for my birthday for gant, however you can only input one gift card per purchase which means that not only do you need to make multiple purchases i also have been forced to spend more out of my own pocket! This must be as easy one to fix surely?
