What a helpful, conscientious and friendly company. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The caravan service is detailed and thorough, everything explained in great detail. If there are any major problems they phone to explain before carrying out the work. There is nothing not to like about this fabulous, hardworking little company. So glad we found them!

We have bought a sterling Europa from herald caravans and we are more than happy with the friendly and helpful staff, we have also bought accessories from them at really reasonable prices. Having dealt with Ben & Richard on 2 previous purchases,I can not praise them enough,very helpful,friendly,efficient and non pressure sales tactics.I have also recommended several friends to Herald caravans,who also have nothing but high praise.There are several large Caravan dealers nearer to my home,but I would rather go the extra distance knowing I am going to receive 1st class honest efficient,friendly service every time I go there for servicing etc.

Choice (new or second hand),extras that you need to get you started, after purchase storage if required.Manager, Ben, is a most curtious, considerate, knowledgeable,friendly gentleman whereby nothing is too much bother as we had loads of questions,and who put us at ease (without hard selling)from the start which resulted in such a wonderful experience that we purchased the caravan of our dreams. We purchased our Bailey Ranger from Herald Caravans and on collection the van was in immaculate condition. Customer service was excellent and we will definately go back and recommend to friends/family. It was a real pleasure to find someone so friendly and helpful.

Have rented from Herald for four years now and have always received excellent, prompt service. Caravans have always been spotlessly clean and equipment good. Only problem is that they no longer supply awnings for New Wine events.

Herald Caravans Ltd are a great value company could not do enough for us. Will return in 2010.

I have never come across such an appauling level of customer service from a caravan company. The owner of the company despite us being loyal customers of some years proved to be someone for whom the customer genuinely comes LAST.
The Herald Caravans Ltd team are friendly, but this caravan company clearly have a business plan of "take the deposits from customers whatever it takes."
