Okay well it is the nature of a review site to get negative comments but at least this can't be manipulated like BMW's own site can.
Many of the staff are snooty, don't take ownership of issues, very lax, disinterested in the customer. Parts department is fine depending on who serves you, some haven't a clue. Wonder what training is in place. Not dealt with sales and don't wish to.
They don't deserve the franchise. If you use them I hope you have better service. They clean cars well though I will give them that, but that's not hard is it... I have a sponge and a bucket.
I should've paid attention, as I had been warned about JCT600 garages.
